Great phone even after almost 5 years. Yes I know. The bar is low but I honestly am happy that this phone doesn't crap out within 2 years like some ahem androids ahem do. Great performance, loads things fast and efficient. Very nice camera quality for its time. Battery life was amazing until recently when a charge only holds less than a day if I constantly browse social media but I blame its old age and all them reels and shorts autoplayed videos. Recently gets hot while charging so I'm a bit concerned but as long as you keep it ventilated (not between the bed and pillow like me) then it stills charges fast and normal. Love the color I hate that apple stops putting out this color afterwards. Legit the one reason I'm hesitant to upgrade my phone lmfao

Coming from an iPhone XS Max, I didn’t to be wowed by the iPhone 11 Pro Max. But after using it for a couple of weeks, I have really appreciated the improvements that have been made. The battery life is the best I’ve seen in an iPhone. I’m getting whole day battery life with the screen brightness at 1/5 the bar, a big improvement to the XS Max which I kept the brightness lower. The cameras are also greatly improved, which the ultra wide lense and Night Mode have made taking pictures more fun and satisfying. The front camera finally brings a wider camera making group pictures much easier to frame. Just Perfect

I love my refurbished pro max 11 iphone! It looks great, everything works as it should, and couldn’t be happier with this transaction. I was certainly pleased with the cost! The only problems l have with it are problems with the operator-me lol l am not the most savvy tech user in this world being a senior citizen, myself. It gets interesting, sometimes, trying to figure out what to do to get what l want from phones and computers. But l usually win, with the help of my grandson and my son in law. They are very nice people who have a lot of patience.

Just get the lower grade battery and replace it.

Battery degraded after 2 weeks. I paid more money to have a phone with a certain battery percentage. Warranty does not even protect you for that quality at purchase for 30 days. Battery replacement is $89 with apple buy the lesser battery and just replace it because I'm sure I paid more than $100 more for 10% battery that is just going to die. Can't remember if that was two 11 pros compared or an 11 and an 11 pro.When I got the notification from the phone that it was degrading. I contacted apple asked them for a copy of my warranty information. Not provided. Told not to worry and they would set me up an appointment. Nope no battery warranty at all. So dicked around for 2 weeks to not even get the correct information but also to be wasting my time completely. Oh and call Geek Squad and find out if they have the battery in stock??? Nope can't because you can't reach the store just the hotline and they tell you someone from Geek Squad will call you back. 4 different occations completely now I have never had anyone from Geek Squad call me back. Have had to start over with support every single time.
