I had never transfered data from 1 iphone to another before so I watch a few YouTube videos. The process took about 8 minutes. Thought I was going to have to transfer the SIM card to the new phone, but I instead logged onto my Metro account and followed the instructions. Took about 4 min and my SIM card transferred over to the new phone as an E-SIM so I didn't even need to remove it. I know a lot of the product descriptions say the phone is fully unlocked but I honestly wasn't sure because not many state that it will be compatible with metro PCS. It was. I'm so impressed with Reebelo's service. I received exactly what he described on his page. His prices are more than fair. Shipping was fast. Packaging came with USB charger and 2 SIM card removers. Online I was able to select what color phone (purple) because it gave me that option. Day of delivery, I received a BLACK iPhone 12, wall charger and cord. Absolutely NO earbuds found in box nor was there any screen protector. This phone was a surprise gift for my 9 yr old as a birthday gift. I bought two for Christmas for our twins. These phones are described as Grade A, but the two I received were B grade at best, with plenty of scratches. One phone had no facial recognition function... and gave a warning that the front camera had been replaced with an aftermarket part. Battery health was 82% and 87%. Returned those, ordered 2 more. One was perfect, grade A with 100% battery health. The other works fine but has significant scratches all around the case and battery health 87%. I will return that one and keep reordering until I get a second one in real Grade-A condition. Each phone comes with a packing list and a box sticker listing the condition, three say B2 and ironically the PERFECT one says C . I’ve had the phone for 1 week and i’m having to return it. 1st, the phone did not come in a phone box, just in the shipping box with a film over it to hold it in place. Luckly it wasn’t damage. It did look new with no scratches. 2nd, I ordered a blue phone but I recieved a green one which I was okay with. I wasn’t going to return just because of the color. 3rd, (reason I am returning) when I’m on calls using the speakerphone or FaceTime, the people on the other end state that my words are choppy/breaking out. I’m having to repeat myself multiple times for them to make out what I am saying. When I talk on it normal with the phone to my ear, the person on the other end doesn’t have an issue hearing me clearly.
