My IPhone 12 was delivered and I was pleasantly surprised by the item. I ordered a good instead of excellent in hopes the difference would not be an issue. It was absolutely flawless in my opinion. The truth will rely on the performance. I had my local ATT tech check it out for me. He said it appeared to be in good working order. Thank you Backmarket for a great transaction.

Buying a refurbished iPhone 12 from Back Magic ( to replace a failing iPhone 6 S ) when the new iPhone 15 is all the rage ... is the smartest thing I've done in a very long while. The phone I received from Back Magic in just 5 days inc. a weekend was purchased as being " very good" condition. It was in fact indistinguishable from brand new. I do recommend anyone buying a used phone pay extra to swap in a new battery . You won't regret that. Five stars to Back Magic.

The phone was rattling around in the box with a rolled-up charging wire. The screen was protected with film but the rest of the phone was not protected. Not sure why the phone was not more secure and/or bubble wrap was not used in the Back Market box it arrived in. Supplytronics, the refurbisher/seller of this phone, has a good reputation on eBay (one of the reasons why I felt confident about this purchase). Having said that, I prefer to purchase refurbished phones on Back Market. No hassle 30-day refund policy and one year warranty. Can't go wrong with that! I only purchased this phone with a new battery because that is what my wife wanted!

I m really happy with my new iPhone 12. I got the purple one because it s my favorite color. The price was perfect and as of right now, I m not having any problems with my refurbished phone. It works way better than my 12 that I recently had. My birthday present to myself. I m a happy customer and will be ordering my daughter s phone in 2 weeks for her birthday. Thanks for the fast shipping too! Lastly, UPS made sure my phone was brought to my apartment and not left with concierge. I m so thankful! 10 stars!

Service and shipping were great. Package arrived on time and with a good box.I chose the good condition one. I feel like there should be more comprehensive pictures or details for the actual aesthetics as the phone I got had a decent cratch on the screen, now, i know its a reconditioned but i should have been able to make a choice to purhcase another model, also they are proced the same as a marketplace phone with out the palava, priced the same as Kogan too, im sure their devices font ship with scratches.

Don’t do it!

I bought this refurbished phone and thought I was getting a deal. Instead, I got someone else’s problem. I had irregular problems with the speaker, sounds, and haptics doing odd things since I got it. Then, about a week ago, my speaker stopped working altogether. I can only my make calls using Bluetooth now 😡In addition, the supplied charger was lesspowerful than the apple charger, and was standard USB as opposed to the up to date USB-c that apple would have supplied with the phone. I will be seeking an exchange or refund!

Got what I paid for.

In a 5 iPhone family buying new phones all the time is not cost effective, so we always buy refurbished. Haven’t used Frank before and it was the easiest of all the websites we’ve used.Cheapest 12 I saw anywhere in Aus, without being grey goods.There are a couple of small scratches on the screen, but it was only rated Good, so I expected that:Battery was 88% and everything works fine.I’m happy and will likely buy again from Frank.

Very different

Purchased 2 x iPhone 12 in good condition. One was in the good condition with a few marks here and there. The other was scratched to buggery and if this was for sale on marketplace, I would have not purchased. Very disappointing to receive two phones completely different in condition when both were purchased “good”I have bought from Frank before and been really happy. This purchase has made me rethink where I will go to buy next time.
