Thought I was going to have to transfer the SIM card to the new phone, but I instead logged onto my Metro account and followed the instructions. Took about 4 min and my SIM card transferred over to the new phone as an E-SIM so I didn't even need to remove it. I know a lot of the product descriptions say the phone is fully unlocked but I honestly wasn't sure because not many state that it will be compatible with metro PCS. It was. I'm so impressed with Reebelo's service. I received exactly what he described on his page. His prices are more than fair. Shipping was fast. Packaging came with USB charger and 2 SIM card removers.
