I had an iPhone 11 pro Max before I upgraded to a regular iPhone 12. I did it because I was tired of not being able to fit my phone in my pocket, and because I found the battery on the iPhone 11 pro Max to be poor. The iPhone 12 has worked quite well until now, it’s a year old. Unfortunately the battery doesn’t last me through half a day anymore, and the memory is all but used up. I pay the equivalent of 10 dollars each month for a TB or extra storage, as my phone’s memory only has a little bit left (6GB). It’s also started to become a bit slower in processing, which leaves me a bit annoyed. I’ve used iPhone and Apple for years now, and I like the phones. I just Wish I had bigger space to store everything, The newer iOS is also really good, with the option to customize your home screen and screen protector with widgets. I like that! Overall I pull one star for the memory of this product. You get what you pay for, consider sizing up if you use your phone more than average.

Overall, the iPhone 12 didn’t have too many differences to me vs my prior iPhone which was the IPhone 7. The usage and getting to know how to use the phone without the home button was easier than I expected. I do still get messed up when taking a screen shot but end up remembering I have to press the volume and lock button. Not the home button anymore. The main dislike I have with the iPhone 12 is the camera quality. It seems like every other new phone on the market even other users with iPhone 12s whose quality is much better than mine is. It's not any different than the quality I had with my iPhone 7 which is also the main reason I upgraded finally was to have the better camera and video. That was a disappointed. As well as my service. I know it has nothing to do ... MoreOverall, the iPhone 12 didn’t have too many differences to me vs my prior iPhone which was the IPhone 7. It doesn't matter if I am on Wi-Fi, or not on Wi-Fi and using cellular data, it doesn't matter if I am on 5G on, 5G auto or LTE, or not. I for some reason don't have and haven't ever had.more than 2 bars at a time. 1 or 2 bars is the max I see on most days and it doesn't matter where I go. I went out of state and drove through other states and my bars never changed. So with that being said, hoping the newer phones are better but mine has been the same as if it were an older phone.

Super skeptical when it came to purchasing a refurbished phone. I wanted to save money (obviously who doesn’t) but I also wanted a good, reliable, up to date iphone. I searched on amazon, and a couple other apps that sold electronics and i settled on walmart because it was the cheapest. the walmart reassurance policy (that’s not the actual name of the policy but basically it was a walmart guarantee) put me at ease a little. i read some negative reviews about the cosmetic appearance but my experience was different. this phone came with zero flaws. it was perfect it still is perfect. i will never pay double the amount for a brand new phone ever again lol. Ordered an iPhone 12 128gb the other day. Was super excited because I’ve been using an iPhone 7 after cracking my 10 and yeah.. I shouldn’t have ignored the poor reviews on here but who doesn’t want a nice phone for the low right lol.Got the phone today and would expect at least close to 90% battery capacity after spending $400 on a refurbished phone. Battery capacity is 79%. It is definitely noticeable as well. Phone is dying fast and slow. I also noticed many minor scratches/scuff marks on the bottom of front screen and around the back camera. (All in pictures) I of course expected some some minor scratches with this being a refurbished phone and all but there is quite a few.. I still will probably do a return to hopefully get one with a higher battery life. All in all, you just have to kind of risk it with these refurbished phones. Just don’t get your hopes up.. You do end up saving a lot of money overall by buying one of these over a brand new one, but make sure to thoroughly inspect your phone if you get one! I’ve ordered from so many different companies that sell these refurbished iPhones and they’re all the same. I think I once got a refurbished iPhone X years ago and it actually had 100% battery capacity and was in perfect shape. Ended up breaking it a year later (love that) and ordered another from the same company. That phone ended up having 86% battery capacity and was scuffed up a little. It’s honestly just a luck of the draw lol. Hope this review helped someone!

Great Phone as advertised.

I received the phone on the expected due date.Although it came in a generic package, the phone was in pristine condition (with battery at 87%) and it was shipped along with a sim tool ejector and a lightning cable (no adapter; although listed as included, the seller told me that it wasn't with my purchase). There were little whitish things around the camera lenses and some places around the screen (worry not, it can be cleaned).Speaking of screen, I don't know why, but it felt like the screen was plastiish instead of glassy, especially when touching the center (I could feel a hollow, I guess maybe due to the refurbishment?) Great product! But just be aware...
6 April 2023

The phone arrived in pretty near-perfect condition. No noticeable scratches, extremely little wear... it practically looked brand new. Over the last few days it's been fully operational. The battery's capacity was at 87%, but that's fairly reasonable for a used product. My only gripe so far is that the charging cable that came with it felt non-legitimate, but eh, fair enough.However... be cautious as to which seller is offering the phone. I've seen the "sold and shipped" section change from Device Care to Lucells. My purchase was from Device Care, not anyone else. From looking at Device Care's overall reviews, it looks like they'll replace broken screens / batteries them with non-legitimate / non-certified parts. Pretty Good Phone with some scars

I am pretty satisfied with my new phone. There are several pros and cons to this purchase. I know I read all the reviews before buying it myself and I think these reviews don't do the phone justice, so here is mine.Pros: The phone came exactly how I expected. It charges well, and there have been no problems so far. It runs just like any new iPhone would. The battery is at an 85% capacity which was expected. The screen is clear from any major cracks. The phone also came with a charger which is good (I will not be using it however because it is not a fast charger). Again, the iPhone works perfectly fine and there have been no complaints.Cons: Although it works very well, it did arrive 3 days late which I did not appreciate. The scuffs on the side are very noticeable but are covered by the case. The phone did not come in an original apple packaging. It came in some off brand box that was not safely secured.Overall this phone was a great buy and I do recommend it if you are in desperate need of a new phone like me and can't afford a brand new one. The marks and stuff can be easily overlooked making this a good purchase.

I got this iPhone 12Pro through Verizon, preowned. My problems with the phone have been painful...yes the phone, not the camera or the apps but the phone, the main reason for having this devise is to use the phone. When I am in my small apartment I lose calls if I walk from one room to another and even from one chair to another!! SERIOUSLY. I can be on a conversation and loose a call FIVE TIMES. This issue seems mainly to happen at home (the worst, as this is where I talk most of the time). I think there must be something off in the phone within the Wifi/Cellular works. I think they battle and I think the phone has struggles to determine which it should be on, it flips from one to the other and drops my call.I changed SIMs at some technician's suggestion and that did not help. Finally I figured out that if I turn OFF cellular service when I am in my apartment I can actually move around my apartment and not loose the calls, the bad part is I have to remember to change it back on each time I leave my apartment or my phone doesn't "work" (get calls, texts, GPS etc.). Seems like when you buy something for THIS MUCH MONEY - even as refurbished - at LEAST the phone should work. I like the phone woo tee doo!
