I love this iPhone. I personally like the smaller form factor iPhones and had a 1st Gen iPhone SE for years. As far as durability is concerned with this iPhone I have to say it’s poorly designed by having the glass backing which literally cracked from a low to the floor accidental drop. It accidentally fell from slipping out of my hand to the floor. It fell flat on the underside of the iPhone and cracked the glass backing which also caused the aluminium blue area around the camera lenses to chip and break away. Seriously!! 😞 The damage was shockingly bad and looked like it had been thrown with such force and I honestly think this is the worst iPhone I’ve had since the iPhone 3GS! I hate android mobile phone software design so won’t buy those phones, yet currently I’m really disappointed with Apple’s iPhone 12 range. One the positive side, Takes a decent photo and video quality is fairly good. Have had minor software issues a few times after updating. I took out the extra cover with Apple Care+ and strongly recommend it no matter what model iPhone you intend to purchase. If you’re able to wait until they manufacture an iPhone that can withstand a simple accidental drop without damaging the product then it’s probably worth the wait. The protection cases are useless for stopping the glass backing from being broken in my experience. My iPhone has the protection cover on it from the beginning and still got damaged. I sincerely hope that Apple starts to improve the quality compared with the rubbish they are currently producing. The aluminium outer as well as the glass backing is a terrible idea too. I’m an Apple fan, have iPad, iMac as well and it deeply saddens me to have to write such a negative review, but I am honest and hopeful that this helps someone to make an informed decision on what they are purchasing. I regret buying this particular iPhone.

Buyer beware!

Item was listed as refurbished like new. Came and screen was completely scratched would have to send to local store to have screen replaced to make it look presentable. Bought this for daughter for Christmas. Seller is suppose to be proseller however they blamed their description of item being wrong on Walmart and tried to say it states description says there could be scratches. Spoke to Walmart initially was told they would refund me and then I wouldn’t have to return phone then was transferred to someone who said no that can’t happen but would be transferred to someone else only to get hung up on. Called back spoke to a rude individual that made it sound like I was out to get something for free when they’re the ones who offered that. Disappointed-Lesson Learned

Was super excited about this order. Got it in a timely manner. A few scratches on the phone, nothings major. Besides it's refurbished if I wanted something new I should have purchased something new..... right? So I didn't have any complaints until.......add dramatic music here............I activated the phone and it toggled back and forth from having service to being in SOS mode. I guess being stuck in SOS mode isn't so bad especially if you're in need of emergency services however it would be nice to be able to call a friend here and there at your leisure and discretion and not the phone's. Called the customer service number for the seller. Got a voicemail which at that point made me a little worried. Fast delivery/ not completely dissatisfied

I bought two, one in black and the other in blue. The black one looked presentable. You can tell it has been used, however it was good enough to keep. Now far as the blue one?! Nope. It had multiple scratches and one of the edges had sharp dings on it. It looked like the last owner dropped it. This definitely was very disappointing bc it was a Christmas gift. When my son opened it he was happy but when he saw the scratches he was like “ uhhh what’s up with the scratches?” I couldn’t help but laugh bc I already knew. Good high-capacity phone at affordable price

There were some initial things to do with the phone, and after that, I was good to go and am very happy with the phone.With productivity apps all running in the hundreds of GB these days, a 64GB phone doesn't cut it anymore. This phone leaves plenty of space, even after downloading lots of large apps in the 1 GB range.The phone needed a little cleaning when I first opened it (one spot on the back).I was hesitant to get the dark color due to scratches, and there are some marks on it on the edges. Phone wasn’t as described nor factory erased.

First off when I purchase phones they are in boxes but placed inside some type of bubble wrapped package. This phone wasn’t, it was placed in a box and the box was placed in a flat Fed ex flat envelope fit for letters and not bulky items that need protection. The phone is not labeled accordingly, it has visible scratches at the bottom of the screen when based on the grade it should NOT have any on the screen. There wasn’t a clear cover for me to peel off. I don’t think if it was on the condition would’ve made a difference. The frame has major dents on both upper sides of the phone. This is the first time I purchased a refurbished phone and it hadn’t been reset. The ironic part is there is a card at the bottom of the box that states “you will not get a full refund unless you erase all contents in the iPhone or iPad before you return it” but yet they didn’t follow their own instructions. WORST PART- the battery capacity is at 76%. Based on “Like New” it should be less than 80%. The phone states that it will still work but recommend it gets replaced. I will be returning and finding another vendor. I feel like the phone was sitting in a drawer and when I order can through instead of them powering the phone on and making sure it matched the order they just through it in the box.

After the process was completed as usual the phone overheated and I had to wait to continue setting things up. Finally (I’m thinking) I went through the whole process to get me up and running, but after everything it was still running way too hot, Face ID did not work, and the battery had a capacity of 70% life left.
