I have now received 2 of these used phones and both (the original and the replacement) came with a “significantly degraded battery” with a capacity below 80%. A guy at the Apple Store recommended that I purchase from Best Buy because they are an authorized Apple reseller but I don’t understand how that is. After the SECOND bad battery I asked over chat to be refunded the cost simply to replace the battery. I was told I have to go into the store. Just another inconvenience in this whole process. Make sure you check the battery health when you receive these phones! The first one could be an accident…the second one not so much.

This rating is more for best buy than the iphone. We bought phone for my daughter's xmas present on black friday weekend. Only to find out my daughter needs more storage. We try to exchange/return. No problem. Except if you buy a cell phone/ipad/ or smart watch you can not return after 14 days. Well thats great if you buy phone to give right away. Do not buy in advance. Any issue you will not be able to return!

I searched through hundreds of phones, then I stumbled on Best Buys iPhone pre-owned phones list. I reviewed several iPhones until I found just the right one. When it arrived, it looked and functioned perfectly. There are no new iPhone 12 Minis available, nevertheless, that is exactly what I wanted. It was well worth the effort searching for the particular smartphone, that I wanted. I'm well pleased with the phone and the service. Henceforth, Best Buy will be the first place I start looking from now on.

In all respects to Iphones which I have owned many since 2006, I bought this mini 12 because I finally decided to leave AT&T landline service and switch that number for a while to mobile. I read reviews and got this one for size and functions and to just have in replacement of landline calls. Only thing for a 'used' like Iphone is battery is 80% life so I will with my outlook with it, use it for a bit before I cancel my phone service on this phone. Otherwise, this mini 12 is just about everything the specs state it does. Oh the best part it is it is unlocked. Price I got it used, a little bit too much, but ok. This is my fair review of why I got this phone and gave it 4 stars.
Upgraded to an iPhone mini 12 from an iPhone SE 2nd gen, very happy with the 12 mini. Minimal cosmetic blemishes, barely noticeable and the phone is tip top. Faster, stronger cellular signal. Also when this phone is at 49% I have much more talk time available to me compared to the SE 2nd gen. Very pleased. As good as new.
This is the first used phone I’ve ever purchased. But, it was a remarkably easy transition and the phone is, I believe pretty much as advertised. The vibration mode is extremely short and weak. Not sure if that’s the way it’s supposed to be or not. My old phone was better in that regard. The battery life is about 8 hours, again not sure if that’s the norm for this phone or not though.All in all I’m satisfied with the overall condition.I would buy another used phone from Best Buy again.
Great, amazing device! It has no to little scratches around the edges of the frame of the phone but it does not have no deep scratches or any scratches on the screen or the lens or the back of the phone. Immediately performs with exceptional speed and accuracy within its development. It is a good phone for the price that you pay. And it is a device anybody could love. Completely worth the buy.This is my third device I had purchased unlocked and refurbished through Best Buy and I will definitely purchase another whenever this phone needs a upgrading
I ordered one of these because I believe in the value of used goods. The problem with this listing is that it is selling a used good that isn't in good condition. The screen had scratches, but would have been passable if that was all. The phones aluminum housing was deeply scratched, as it appears as though the phone had not been kept in a case. The battery life was 87 percent capacity, which is approaching the point where it will need replacing (typically 80 percent), a 70 dollar fee through apple. This only came with a 200 dollar discount off of buying a new 13 mini directly from Apple.I've bought used phones before that are great. This is not one of them. This is just a bad deal.
Arrived in good condition minimally but appropriately packaged. Some minor nicks as you’d expect with a used phone. Screen is pristine. Battery is at about 80 percent capacity and meets my needs. It’s a mini so about the same size as my old iPhone 7 but with more screen surface.

She told me that someone would "look into" what happened with this phone, but I doubt anyone actually will. Anyway, I did return this phone and now I'm back to trying to find a new phone I can afford, while continuing to schlep along a battery pack with my old phone. That was a very long way to say: buyer beware. And I guess the solution is to be richer so you can afford new phones.
