I had previously owned an iPhone 13 before it was unfortunately stolen. I decided to "upgrade" to the iPhone 15. It is an improvement in many ways (as it should be). But there is honestly very little difference between the two models in terms of day-to-day usage. Both devices can run on the newest operating system (iOS 18), and both offer stellar photo quality and many of the other outstanding features that come with almost any recent iPhone model (e.g., iMessage, Apple Music, Apple Pay, MagSafe charging, pairing with the Apple Watch, etc.). Also, the iPhone 15 will NOT be able to incorporate the highly-touted AI features that will be available on the 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max, and the new 16 models. Finally, Apple has gone to exclusive eSIM technology for the cellular services since the iPhone 14. The iPhone 13 is the last model to offer the physical SIM card tray. I appreciate having this option when I travel abroad. After going back to the iPhone 13, I honestly don't miss the 15 at all. That's a testament to how great the 13 still is even three years after its release, and it also shows how incremental the smartphone upgrades are year over year.

I absolutely love my pink iPhone 13! Apple doesn’t really change the design too much between iPhones, however this screen was updated to a 6.1 inch display for better visibility and the standard OLED screen. Apple also updated the storage, so having 128GB is a huge plus! You can also always add more storage on iCloud. This phone has 2 rear cameras and the front facing camera is even used for facial recognition features! The battery life on this iPhone is amazing, my phone always lasts the entire day without needing to recharge. But if necessary, it charges to 50% in about 30 minutes and fully charges in 2 hours. Can't activate the phone

This phone was "not scanned before it left the warehouse". This is what I was told when I attempted to activate the phone. I've had Straight Talk for years and have bought phones online in the past with no problems, until now. After three frustrating days and numerous phone calls, a representative told me to take it to a Walmart store and have them scan it, then it can be found in the system and activated. I didn't see how that would work as the phone was not FROM the store, if you understand how their inventory works, but it was worth a try. Luckily this phone model was in their system. They processed a refund for the phone, put the money on a gift card, and resold it to me, this process of course included scanning the bar code of the new phone, and, there you go, ... MoreThis phone was "not scanned before it left the warehouse". Each iPhone model gets better and better.

This iPhone 13 is the 10th iPhone I have owned. This is by far better than all the previous versions mainly because it is still working flawlessly after two years of use. The screen is slightly smaller than most of the previous versions but the clarity and responsiveness more than make up for it. The thin and sleek style is modern and attractive. The speed is about the same as the previous iPhone models with the exception of the touch screen responsiveness. The touch screen seems to be slightly faster than the iPhone 12. I update this iPhone as soon as Apple provides the updates and have so far have not had any problems. The durability seems to be very good. So, I needed a new phone because my old XR finally got dropped one too many times and I cracked the screen. Ordered an "Excellent" condition 13 here, and as with past purchases, it arrived exactly as described. Phone in excellent, can-barely-tell-it-was-ever-used condition. Battery life tracker at 100% capacity, screen perfect, etc.Better yet, when it got here I thought I'd got a bad one with a small corner chip, so I reached out. They (gently) reminded me to look at the screen protector (which is so unobtrusive you really can't tell it's there) and I found that indeed the phone itself is perfect, just that the screen protector chipped an edge on installation. They're great and I'm sure I'll do business with them many more times.

Great phone! It was listed as excellent but it arrived in a different condition. Some scuffing on the screen and back camera lense, sadly. Pictures in low light environments look great. I love that it shows you exactly what low light pictures will look like even before you take the shot. Instead of waiting until afterwards, unlike in other phones. It eliminates the guesswork. Loved how loud the speakers are - louder than on the S23+, for example. Battery life is great, it'll easily last me a day and a half or 2, with light to medium use. It comes with about 20 gb of preinstalled apps, which leaves the majority of the storage available for your personal use. Youtube, on the browser did act up a few times. Too good to be true

I received the phone yesterday and put it on the charger right away as there was maybe only 10% left on the battery. It was taking it forever to charge, but I needed a phone as mine had stopped working. I switched everything over and then plugged it back to the charger. Overnight, it barely made it to 90% after being on the charger not being used for 12 hours. On my 1 hour commute to work, the battery went from 90% to 54ish within that hour and that phone had not been used. I tried to plug it up to my charger at work and it showed it was charging, but the battery life continued to drop. I even went and bought a new charger with the hopes it would work. It didn't and it kept on dropping. Verizon Certified Pre-Owned phone

My first ‘very good condition’ CPO iPhone 13 began the normal activation process which forces the phone to update to the current IOS: IOS18. The ‘very good condition’ CPO iPhone 13 tried to install IOS 18 for 14.5 hours and never would because IOS 17 had not yet been installed. I had to wipe the phone of any set up I had already completed, reset the iPhone to factory settings and restart the activation process skipping most set up processes. I forced the iPhone to update to IOS17, then IOS18. Once complete, I had to wipe the phone back to factory settings and begin the set up process all over again. Once setup was complete, I found out the ‘very good condition’ CPO iPhone 13 had a blown ear speaker making any conversation with the phone held up to your ear ... MoreMy first ‘very good condition’ CPO iPhone 13 began the normal activation process which forces the phone to update to the current IOS: IOS18. Battery health on my replacement ‘very good condition’ CPO iPhone 13 is 87% which would be poor to fair condition in my opinion.I doubt I'll ever buy another CPO device from Verizon unless they make significant upgrades to their quality control process.
