Overall, this is a very good iPhone. The cellular modem in the iPhone 14 is much improved compared to past models, and performs very well on the Verizon network. Unless you really push it on your device, battery life will last all day with no problem. Is the bigger screen worth it? That will ultimately depend on how you use the device and your preference, but it does look best in class. As usual, Apple has iOS custom tuned to perform as best as possible with the built in hardware and bugs/glitches are fairly rare. Those that do occur are fixed very quickly via software updates. Past users of iPhones will feel right at home with the iPhone 14 Plus. The larger screen does enhance usability and is a game changer compared to the smaller screen size.

The 14+ is an excellent phone if you want some Ty larger, but donât need all the bells and if the Pro or Pro Max. I moved up from a mini 12 as my vision was not as sharp as before and this phone has worked out well. It has plenty of memory, an excellent battery which I have yet to get below 40% in a full day of use (5 am to 10 pm). The refresh rate has not been an issue for me and doubt Iâd ever know the difference. The camera on the 14 series does a very good job and meets all my needs. Initially, moving from the mini to the plus, I thought Iâd have an issue with the size, but I have not. I really enjoy the larger screen and the vivid colors. Overall, very satisfying phone. I have no regrets getting the plus model.

This is my first iPhone I have ever bought for myself. I have worked on plenty of them and as both Android and iPhone evolve, I am starting to see a lot of likenesses with some differences. Honestly if they both take from each other we could all have the perfect phone. If you are a regular iPhone buyer, don't upgrade from the 13 unless you are worried about getting in an accident. If you are an old iPhone user, this is a great upgrade. The face id is nice but some of the latest Android phones use face id and drop you into your home screen, not the iPhone it unlocks it and you have to swipe up. This does not bug me but if that is important keep it in mind. I like to close my back ground tasks which Android has a close all, but iPhone doesn't. The App store does not really compare the iPhone takes down Android and everyone else. Like Android, iPhone tries to keep you in the garden which is fine, but Apple is flexible enough to allow all your android services to move over to your iPhone which is nice. The hardware is on par with some of the top Android phones in some areas, but Apple is superior in photo and smoothness. The top Android phones do have the smoothness and quality photos but do not have the extra features for picture processing. You won't suffer having either, but the iPhone pricing is on par with the top Android phones and why not go with some superior hardware? Some feel they get better support with Apple; this comes at a cost, but I understand it. Apple like Google makes sure that you will likely run out of space and will offer to only charge you a nominal amount each month to increase your storage. I call this a toss up, because both companies do this practice. As far as moving from Apple to Apple or even Android to Apple, it was very simple as long as you know your passwords going into the process. I hope this helps some of you decide, the larger screen of the plus is wonderful for my older eyes, but my son prefers is regular iPhone.

Delighted with my IPhone 14Plus. The new safety features pair with my Apple Watch and allow me the emergency features of my previous medical alert button with fall detection and my pocket EKG machine without all that extra expense, bulk and taking up more room in my purse. Crash alert is another plus that helps me stay more secure on the go. Need I even mention the great pics, superb sound of my favorite music and ease of calling, email, internet and so much more. Love the red color, the magnetic charging and the nice sized screen. I loved my IPhone 11, but the trade in made it a simple, affordable upgrade that suits me well. Once I went Apple, I never went back and dont ever intend to.
The Face ID is so much more convenient and faster than the old Touch ID! The bigger screen is a Plus! đ The max brightness (2,000,000:1 contrast ratio) is a world of difference when compared to the SE 2020 (only 1,400:1) plus I can darken the 14 Plus much more than the SE 2020! Youâll get used to no more Home button, especially if you enable âTap to Wakeâ and âRequire Attention for Face ID,â which unlocks the 14 Plus right away! The cameras are much higher quality with Cinematic video options and Portrait photo options with improved image stabilization!Cool secrets I discovered are the ability to assign certain functions to toggle on/off for the Back Tap feature; I double-tap to take screenshots and triple-tap for Accessibility Settings for quick access to adjust ... MoreThe Face ID is so much more convenient and faster than the old Touch ID! I can also toggle on/off Live Captions, which can reliably transcribe FaceTime calls or in person with mic access! Finally, you can use MagSafe chargers, which can wirelessly recharge the 14 Plus; you can get a MagSafe case and phone car mount charger, which is super useful if youâre a DoorDasher when time is money because you can simply pull the 14 Plus off the magnetic charger, grab an order, and snap the phone back on without un/plugging! You wonât regret the 14 Plus! đ€©
This is my second 14 plus, both wonderful phones. However, the carriers are way different, respectively.Verizon is head & shoulders above T-Mobile, I only wish we had changed to Verizon sooner. So if you want the most out of your new iPhone 14 Plus, I would recommend choosing Verizon first so that you can truly have Unlimited, unlimited. Not Unlimited that has a cap on a curve and after 5O gigs I experienced service interruptions, dropped calls, and slow slow Internet. If you love to steam movies or games, Verizon coupled with the new iPhone 14 makes me for a solid team that will go above & beyond our expectations.Thank you Apple for putting out another high quality cell phone, I love it!! Perfect combination!!!!

The BEST thing about this phone (and there are a number of bests) is the LONG BATTERY LIFE compared to ANY phone Iâve EVER owned; I am on my phone A LOT - just like the rest of the world!!! Email & messages for communication are invaluable! The list goes on! The most treasured convenience is the ability to monitor my blood sugar with the DexCom7 I wear - ON MY PhONE, vs owning another product Iâd have to carry around. I have the GORGEOUS YELLOW IPhone 14 plus. I like that itâs slightly larger. We all wanted small & mini for years; now thereâs a fair number who appreciate the larger size. Ironic, huh?Any, thank you, Apple!(Thatâs a free compliment, too!)
My wife and I both had Apple 8 Plus phones. We really liked our 8 Pluses as they were solid, reliable, and always worked well - with the exception of the fingerprint reader, which didnât always perform. I frequently had to enter my passcode. We replaced the 8 Pluses with 14 Pluses and love our 14 Pluses. The Face ID on the 14 Plus is MUCH better than the fingerprint ID on the 8 Plus. The 14 Plus is a solid upgrade. We are completely satisfied with the 14 Plus in every respect. It is fast and easy to use and the display is sharp and crisp. The only complaint that I have is that I use the alarm for morning wake-up and sometimes have to fumble around on the screen to turn off the alarm. In that respect, I miss the home button. Overall, the iPhone 14 Plus is an excellent choice for anyone who wants a very capable, reasonably-priced iPhone that doesnât necessarily have all the bells and whistles but does have solid performance and ample capability and features.
Now, before reading this I have not used this iPhone, so take me with a grain of salt. But, the iPhone 14 and 14 Plus are not big upgrades. The baseline 14âs have the A15 bionic chip from the 13 Pros last year, so there is a slight upgrade in performance. However the 14 Pros have the A16 chip which is around 18% faster then the A15. However I think the 14 Plus will be a big hit this year, you get a huge screen under $900. But, the 14 Pro and Pro Max are much better with new features, and the normal person probably probably doesnât care. So, if your thinking about buying the 14 or 14 Plus, go ahead and get the 14 Pro, youâll be much happier with your money, but if you canât, these phones will be great and all. Itâs just you get more value with your money. So yeah ... MoreNow, before reading this I have not used this iPhone, so take me with a grain of salt.
