Find it irritating that when new connections 'C' on lead plugs aren't initially supplied. The argument that this is more sustainable does not stack up when I have separate postage or journey plus new packaging which has equally needed to be shipped with no seeming reduction in cost hence 4 stars.So easy to set up from existing apple phone just bank apps needed re setting up. Usual impressive performance not technical enough to comment on new model but love the pale blue colour, phone is stunning and will explore new features over time.

I needed to replace my old iPhone so looked around and decided the iPhone 14 was the best fit for me. It is the entry level phone but still packs a punch, with new features and faster processing power.I love the fact that the whole screen is now viewable and there seems to be fewer issues with apps crashing.You cannot deny the cost makes it a 'considered' purchase, but there are options to buy and cash back on old phone etc.I chose John Lewis as they provide a 2 year warranty although the sales people did not have the full knowledge and understanding as the Apple Store team.Overall I am really pleased with the phone and looking forward to another 5years of usage 👍🏻

The battery on my 5.5 year old iphone 7 was failing so rather than buy a new battery I decided to put the cost of a battery replacement towards a New iphone and buy the latest iphone 14.This is quite an upgrade on my old phone, bigger and clearer screen, Facial Recognition, no Home Button, much improved camera are the main points but there is more.I wasnt disappointed, it is a considerable upgrade, not having changed my phone for so long saved me a lot of money but I certainly appreciated the significant improvements. Apart from the visualimprovements in size, screen quality etc the main improvement is battery life.Overall, I'm delighted, I cant fault it, if you can afford it, buy it.

The battery on my old Apple phone finally died a death so I decided to upgrade to iPhone 14. The usual good deal with John Lewis, I used click and collect. So much more convenient.The iPhone 14 is so much better than my previous iPhone, 128GB! 5G, marvellous ! Easy to use as well once I'd got used to using the swipe as there is no home button.Everything downloaded well.Lots of colour choices too.I traded in my old phone and was very pleased with the service. I didn't get much for it because the screen was cracked. I was given a choice of cash or voucher. I chose the voucher to spend. Very pleased with everything. It's the first time I have used the trade in and I wasn't disappointed! Really recommend it. Top class!Another tick V.G for John Lewis service!
Really pleased with this iPhone 14. Fast and responsive and with great battery life.The phone is faster than my last model and has plenty of memory. Being Apple it links with my other Apple products meaning I can answer the phone on my Max computer or iPad. Also everything syncs automatically between devices so if I add a phone number on my computer it's instantly on my phone too, like magic!Also pleased to have an extra years warranty from JL along with great service.This was a real bargain - a returned item at a greatly reduced price! So I'm really happy 😃
Very happy with these recent purchase, not only peace of mind with Apple's support, but also a John Lewis 2 year warranty which means I am in safe hands with no risk of unresolved issues, - thank you John Lewis; wouldn't buy anywhere else at present.I found the iPhone 14 very easy to set up and get started. It is a good size and very clear. 128GB is easily sufficient for me and 5G is proving reliable. The phone is quite light and a good pocket size. The camera is excellent for close up pictures of metal items for work with little contrast, I've had compliments on the detail I have been able to send.
Took a while to commit to changing older iPhone - irritated by Apple ceasing support - but now pleased with new upgrade. Relatively simple to transfer data etc. but would have been nice if there had been a warning that some apps needed to be reconfigured once installed. Bigger screen is advantageous for viewing, however the size needs some getting used to as it is no longer pocket size.Impressed with camera - we had a major 7000 plus starling murmuration near our property and were really appreciative of video function.Shame Apple cannot provide a screen protector as standard given the financial outlay!Great easy transaction via John Lewis, excellent delivery and the cash back for old phone service was fine. Ended up with a small TV as well.
We love Apple products for their quality of build and ease of use and this phone doesn't disappoint. Nothing staggeringly new over our old IPhone 11, but a better screen and a few tweaks make all the difference. Slick, easy to use and intuitive, plus easy to transfer data from our old phone to the new one and link easily with the I Pad and watch.We buy from John Lewis because we like the security of having excellent customer service available should we require it on an expensive purchase such as this.Can't fault the product or John Lewis.
I've got used to the larger size and other differences from my beautiful pink/gold SE. BUT there's no slot for plug-in headphones. This is not only annoying, but a design fault. EarPods do not always connect when it would seem they have - my husband has the same issue - and as I'm often listening to the radio at 4am I need to be sure there's no escape of sound. So I have to keep my old phone for nocturnal listening. Add extra functions by all means, but don't remove useful old ones. The sound escape from EarPods is also an issue. I can often hear a mumble from them when my husband is learning Italian, supposedly silently. Otherwise Apple is great. Brilliant after sales service, best in the world in our view.
Having upgraded from an iPhone 7+ the way this phone holds its charge is phenomenal and it charges really quickly. I have adapted to the smaller size without any problems. It has a great camera too with crisp images. I chose the phone on the basis that it would receive support from Apple for 5 years and the Which magazine review. The two year guarantee from John Lewis is a bonus too. The staff in store were very helpful too with advice on buying a higher watt plug to increase charging speed.
