This is my first apple phone or even product I got as a upgrade from chat mobility I was a little iffy because I only had galaxy products but decided to go out of my comfort zone. You'd think such an expensive phone the battery life would last for at least a whole day right? I enjoy taking photography, editing and filming videos, and scrolling through social media with my phone. Upgrading from an iPhone 7 to the 13 pro was a huge jump for me because of the amazing quality of the camera. Obviously, there are other phones with better cameras out there such as the sony Xperia which allowed me to snap more lifelike photos. I do love the stability apple phones have and the ability for iPhones to connect to other apple products is a huge plus.

MagSafe is a unique feature of this iPhone but it is something I don’t use often. Apart from this unique feature, there are other features that are refined and worth the price. I purchased the Seirra blue because I liked the colour and it is unique. We cannot expect this colour in near future. 512gb storage is good if you don’t use iCloud or other cloud services like me. There is 1Tb storage version as well

I do miss the finger print sensor but that’s the only thing I really notice. I decided if I was going to go Apple, I would go all out so I got a Apple Watch so I could get a real feel for the Apple ecosystem and I’m so impressed that it works so well and seamlessly. The one thing that drove my choice was being able to have an amazing camera but keeping the phone size small. I loved the Google pixel but wasn’t looking forward to the 6’s large size. Apple Cell Phone

I Wear Hearing Aids an the Apple Phone is the only cell phone that I can hear on .I use the speaker function and It has made my life easier to function with hearing problems. The phone works great and I also bought the case an screen protector to go with it for protection. I have dropped my I Phone in the past and have found that My Apple Dealer has Good Products to protect my investment. I have tried cheaper phones in the past and since buying my first apple I Phone a few years ago I have found that even though the iPhones cost more it is a product that is 150% greater than the best non iPhone on the market well worth the price. and the overall phone with extras is the very best phone that money can buy. Becoming acquainted with the operations of this phone (upgraded from an iPhone 8) has been challenging, but I am adjusting. I miss the numerical battery percentage being visible without having to swipe. I also miss the headphone icon that lets me know my Bluetooth headphones are connected. My biggest complaint is that several of my apps will just stop working, or close out completely, mid-use. Last night, I was listening to Hulu through my Bluetooth sleep headband, when Hulu stopped responding. I restarted my phone and in doing so, the headphones disconnected. When I restarted Hulu, it came blaring out of my phone speakers AND WOULD NOT PAUSE OR MUTE as I lay next to my sleeping husband. This is one of several frustrations I have encountered since using this phone.

Phone case is well built

Phone case is well built and of course because it’s licensed by apple you know it’ll fit perfectly. Once you snap the case on, it’s recognized immediately by the phone as a MagSafe case. I could not give it 5 stars due to the incompatible charging I’ve been getting in my vehicles. I own an ‘22 MDX, and a ‘21 Silverado. In the Silverado, there is no problem at all charging wise and works seamlessly. In the Acura, it doesn’t want to charge my phone. Not sure if that is due to the charger in the Acura or the case. My sons iPhone 11 works well on that same charger despite it having an otter box case.

My first impression is that this phone is super fast compared to my iPhone X, the camera is also a huge improvement, but that’s about all I can say that’s positive about this iPhone 13 pro. First of all, the screen chipped within the first 24 hrs of very limited and very careful use. I don’t even know how it could possible have chipped but it couldn’t have been from much. In other words, you better buy a case and a screen protector IMMEDIATELY if you want this thing to last. Next is the issue with the charger. They don’t give you a base, but they say you can use your old charger. I tried, and my old charger would charge for 30 seconds and disconnect, and charge, and disconnect, and continue this off/on thing without ever having fully charged the device. So— no. I bought this phone mostly for its (supposed) 120Hz refresh rate for a more fluid mobile gaming experience. Worst Apple Product I’ve Purchased

1) Doesn’t swipe left. EVER. Brand new $1,000 phone bought TODAY can’t swipe through image carousels. Very buggy. 2) Setup process was uncharacteristically confusing, with grammatical errors in the directions. Took 4 attempts to set up successfully. Older iPhones were a breeze in contrast. 3) Absolute nightmare just trying to buy it! AT&T and Apple will only let you buy/upgrade if your AT&T wireless account isn’t connected to other AT&T services (e.g. internet, TV, land line, etc). It took two days days and two hours at Target to find a workaround: setting up a second, new wireless number, which I will never use and have to cancel in a month! Neither Apple nor AT&T cared to sort out the logistics of this? Are you kidding me?!

one of the best phones I've ever had!

I've had android phones all my life, and suddenly decided to switch to Apple.Have to say I have no regrets purchasing the iPhone 13 Pro. Superb camera and the battery life has kept me going for two days plus so far without having to charge - that's with light use, making phone calls, messaging and a few minutes of gaming and internet use.My previous phone was a Samsung, which is also up there with the best; I do miss the wider variety of wallpapers, etc found on Play Store which sadly I can't get on the iPhone, and you do lose things like previous saves in mobile gaming accounts (had to start all over with Apple ID), but I have learnt to live with that. At the end of the day it's a matter of taste whether you prefer Android or Apple.
