Bought the new iPhone 15 Pro Max and couldn’t be happier. I tried switching to the regular pro size and just couldn’t get used to it. Decided to upgrade via AT&T and it was really easy. Got my phone on release day and had it up and running in an hour. No more standing in lines at the store waiting to get taken care of. They also sent a return label and box to return my old phone so I only need drop it off to mail back. The phone is a nice improvement over my pro 13 model and I love the color and the screen is much nicer. The phone only weighs a few more grams than my old phone.

This phone is amazing! I have been with android for 12 years and I essentially got bored with it, all while having bought a MacBook back in 2020. After that it was imminent that I get an iPhone, and then switching to USB C solidified the change. Transferring stuff from my older phone wasn't a hassle whatsoever. The battery life initially wasn't the best, but it's much improved since then and it is astonishingly good. The photos are as grest as any of the other smartphone manufacturers. Speakers are insanely good. And a phone of this size feels very good in the hand. I strongly recommend this phone, I love it so far

I have had my new phone since 9/22, so I’ve had a decent amount of time to spend with it now. I upgraded from the 13 Pro to the 15 Pro Max. Wasn’t sure about how I’d like the bigger size, but you get used to it quickly, and I like it. I got the Natural Titanium, and the color is much better looking in person. Overall, the phone feels very nice in the hand. The display is GORGEOUS. It gets super-bright in the sun. Colors are bright, blacks are inky black, and whites are clean. Battery life is pretty good. It’s not quite the jump in battery performance I was expecting, but it can get you through a full day easily with moderate to heavy use. The cameras are incredible. Really. In some cases, it’s on par with a DSLR camera. Photos are in 24MP standard, and you can tell. ... MoreI have had my new phone since 9/22, so I’ve had a decent amount of time to spend with it now. If you’re upgrading from a 13 or earlier models, you will appreciate the changes.

Did an upgrade from iPhone SE 2020 and there is a good performance difference between them. Camera is great. Battery runs for about day and half. Usb-c is good. I can add external ssd’s for ProRes recordings. If you have an iphone 14 or even 13, you have a good phone already
As an AT&T customer, I eagerly anticipated the release of the iPhone 15 and was among the first to preorder it on the very first day preorders were available. However, AT&T's handling of my preorder left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction. The fact that the shipping label wasn't generated until after the product's launch is inexcusable. It not only resulted in unnecessary delays but also left me feeling like my commitment to AT&T as a loyal customer wasn't being valued. Preordering should be a way for customers to secure their devices ahead of time, ensuring they are among the first to enjoy the latest technology. In an era where timely delivery and efficient logistics are crucial, it's disappointing to see such a prominent telecommunications company falter in this regard. This experience has not only soured my excitement for the iPhone 15 but also made me reconsider my loyalty to AT&T as a service provider.I hope AT&T takes these concerns seriously and works to improve their preorder and shipping processes in the future. Customers should feel valued and appreciated for their loyalty, especially when preordering flagship products like the iPhone 15. Sadly, this time, AT&T fell short of those expectations.
I should have finally made the move to an android phone. Apple is so hyped on convincing everyone to get the new pro phones because of the titanium frame. I have a brilliant idea, worry more on building a phone that works!!! I should have never upgraded to this phone!! I know the problems aren't all because of IOS 17 because I had it updated on my 14 pro max for a few days. Transferring data from the old iphone to the new sounds like a great idea, but so much data is not transferred, you have to basically manually go through all apps and reset them anyway. My itunes on my computer is not recognizing my new 15 pro max, I've always backed up my old phone and restored the new phone from the back up, apparently apple thought this worked too well and ruined it for all. ... MoreI should have finally made the move to an android phone. Paying this much for a phone with so many issues doesn't make me at all happy about having a phone with a titanium frame!!
I’m loving the new iPhone 15 Pro Max so far. I upgraded from a iPhone 12 Pro. I love having the bigger screen and also more GB. I love the quality of the pictures I’ve taken thus far. I know I’m only getting started. I have noticed a slight increase in battery life from what my iPhone 12 had. It is of course frustrating having to buy all new cords since this one no longer uses the lightning charger. I had to replace the one for my car so I could use Apple Play. I am also going to need three more cords. If you have the 14 then you probably can wait but if yours is an older model I’d definitely recommend the upgrade.
Ordered the New IPhone 15 Pro Max but I had to payoff my other IPhone with a balance of $400 with AT&T. Went through the whole process with paying off the balance, and ordering the new phone. AT&T sent me a link to verify my identity and I sent them my drivers license. Completed! The next day I got a message from AT&T that they couldn't verify my identity. Really!!! But you didn't have any problems taking my $400. Thank you AT&T........
Excellent phone! Last phone was the 12 Pro Max so plenty of new and worthy features for an upgrade! Camera for back AND front are great. New lens can really into things from afar. Went to football game yesterday and sat up high in 300 section, was able to zoom onto players as if I were sitting much closer and not blurry! Action button is really useful as well.
This is a really good upgrade. I had the 13 pro max and i notice a difference, The weight of the phone is quite a difference. The new titanium build and rounder sides and the weight, make it easier to handle. Battery life is about the same as my 13. It was excellent before so i'm happy. Screen brightness is amazing with this too, outside brightness is so much better being twice as bright, I haven't run into any overheating issues yet but the new A17 pro chip is very powerful so imagine its coming from that and can be fixed with updates in the future. I love the phone and have nothing bad to say about it other than maybe apple including a usb-c 3.2 gen cable in the box with the Pro models. If you have a 13 or older i would upgrade.
