Would not have purchased if I had known health was this low. They have, with goodwill, asked me to transfer data to another phone and send new phone back for a replacement battery I no longer have old phone so they suggest I buy another phone to transfer data to in order to send it back to replace battery. I thoroughly enjoy using my iPhone 8. It has a 7 MP front camera and a 12 MP rear facing camera. The finger print scanner and button which really is just a area that when pressure is applied you get a haptic feedback, which makes it feel like a button. I know that when my boyfriend bought us both these phones two years ago, he wanted them because of the haptic button feature. It has 64 GB of storage a 4.7 LCD Retina screen. I really could t be more impressed with it. It is a older model iPhone which is still able to to get the software updates currently I am running iOS 16.4. So in other words I am happy with this oldie but goodie and look forward to upgrading to a newer model iPhone soon!

Best bang for the buck! Great Phone!

For less than $200 you get a very capable phone able to run current apps and software. Apple tends to support their phones for up to 6-7 years. So there is some life left in the phone. The phone is unlocked and does work for my customers who use Ultra Mobile who are on the T-Mobile Network. The battery was still able to hold over 90% of the original charge and there were no scratches or dings on the phone, they do give you a charging/sync cable but no power brick. This is the best phone to give to kids or older users who find the home button easier that a flat screen. This phone has wireless charging also and works with the iWatch.

Buy a new charger as well!!!!

I’m not in love with the Apple brand phone, and have never used one so maybe using a refurbished iPhone before a brand new one doesn’t help me like my experience, but here is my month and 3 weeks experience with this particular phone. It’s a nice enough phone but for refurbished I figured bugs and ticks would’ve been fixed. However, the camera doesn’t focus very well unless you’re in selfie mode. Scrolling can be obnoxious. Great price, good product but battery life is rough

The phone shipped fast and was packed great. It was a bad sign from the start though that it arrived to me completely dead. After plugging it in a bit and getting it upgraded to iOS 16 I checked battery life. It is at 81% and it shows. By my calculations this phone will last maybe 6 hours fully charged. I am still very happy with the purchase though. Cannot beat the price. As far as battery life goes I found a MagSafe case on Amazon for the iPhone 8 (see video review) which will help since I have several as this phone is meant to be a temporary phone for me until iPhone 15 comes out!

Went back to see if they’d replace the battery under the parts warranty for certified preown phones. Was told I needed to pay $49.99 for a new battery or exchange the phone for a different one. Since it was already activated on my account, I didnt want to pay another $30 to re-activate a new phone since my carrier doesnt allow SIM card transfers from one phone to the next if the phones IMEI is not registered to my account. I would then have to pay another $30 to activate a different phone. Plus there was the risk that the replacment phone also would have a bad battery; these things are getting older.
