I’m not in love with the Apple brand phone, and have never used one so maybe using a refurbished iPhone before a brand new one doesn’t help me like my experience, but here is my month and 3 weeks experience with this particular phone. It’s a nice enough phone but for refurbished I figured bugs and ticks would’ve been fixed. However, the camera doesn’t focus very well unless you’re in selfie mode. Scrolling can be obnoxious. Bought a new ONN. brand charging block yesterday and I’m quite surprised at how crappy that other block was. I can actually use the phone and I feel better about my purchase. I highly recommend that whomever buys a phone from this company, make sure you buy a new charger. It makes all the difference in the experience. Adding photos of the block they sent (smaller one) and the one I just bought (bigger).

The phone showed up in 2 days which is great and without any blemishes on the device which is wonderful. I opened the box and inserted my SIM card and inspected the phone and the problems that I ran into was 1. The phone battery life said service, I checked it and it said 77% which is horrible. Since it was refurbished you would think they will change out the battery. 2. When you go to take a picture with the phone the camera is jumpy like your hands are not study or you have parkinsons and the camera zooms in and out without you even applying those functions. 3. The in call phone volume is horrible. I have to talk to people on speaker phone and even that does not help because after a while during my phone call the party on the other side of the call can not hear me ... I bought another one on offer up and almost paid the exact same price as I did for this device and the protection plan and that device works like it was purchased out of the Apple store.

I bought this phone as a backup to use for a work account while working out of country. I received the item on June 10th, June 11th I fully set it up and before Im halfway through setting up the phone the button starts getting extremely hot to the touch.. contact seller with no response. I wait several days as I dont need the phone quite yet, try again and its dead (low battery mode in a cool dry place with no usage).. charge it and try again. Start setting up apps that Ill be using and it gets warm but not as bad but I notice the battery life is terrible, fully charged it and its at 20% within 10 minutes. Contacted seller again, no response..Finally need to use the phone for work and it is worthless. Battery life is worse now somehow and its blazing hot to the ... It’s a trade-off I’m willing to make every time - huge discount ($hundreds) on a refurb phone for the cost of a new ($60) battery. The photos are immensely better; don’t mistake this with 8 plus though- there are no portrait photos on this phone. The big trade-off for crystal clear photos- no phone jack. I don’t love that- I’ve ordered, but not yet received, a converter. At least they’re easy to find. Another bonus that I love- the charging station. The iPhone 8 can be placed on the charging stations/pads instead of being plugged up. I have a specialty phone cover, so I have to remove it to charge on the charging pad, but still worth it. And last- the memory!!! The options on the memory are gigantic- so I can save as many photos or download as many games as I choose. It’s phenomenal!All in all, very pleased with this choice and with this seller!
I purchased this phone to see if I would even like IOS. Well, I sure do and I'm not looking back. For an old phone the device it quite fast at everything. Almost no slowdown or lag when loading or using apps. Even YouTube is fast. The interface is smooth, and the phone readily updated to IOS 16.1. The only downside is the battery. It's 5 years old and it shows. The phone discharges too quickly. I love the phone and am going to have the battery replaced. A battery replacement is only $50. The phone, despite being old and a refurb, looks brand new. Mileage may vary on the cosmetics. I would buy this phone again.
Paid $200 shipped for this supposeably used iphone and condition wise it is perfect. Can’ tell it’s been used at all. Not a scratch on it! I think it was a great deal for this 256k iPhone 8. Only slight issue was battery only rated at 76% but seems to last ok. I’m only using as a Wi/Fi device so it stays plugged into power most of the time so battery useage not really an issue. Received quickly with no problems. Been using for a week now and very happy with device. iPhone 8 is fully updateable to lastest ios (16) so works as well as iPhone 14. Not bad deal for only 200 bucks. I had been using iPhone 6 for years but apps quit working due to only ios12 available on it. So this solves that issue perfectly.

The alarm system which my siblings and I had bought for my mother has not been very satisfactory and rather than replacing with something similar but more efficient and effective she decided she wanted an Apple se series watch which has falls detection as well as heart monitoring and a trigger for emergency intervention. Shed learnt about this from an elderly friend who had also got one. Its waterproof so she can wear it in the shower. She can read the displays easily and is very happy. If shes happy then Im happy. Id also like to add that it arrived promptly in very good condition. So I would trust again and recommend this seller.
