I am a proud user of Apple products since 2010. The latest device I bought, was my iPhone Xr - 128Gb just over 2 years ago. I favored the 128Gb version, as I take a lot of pictures of my family and my hobbies. Together with my cloud subscription it was the best option I could find. The device is lovely, Apple, as usual, has done a great job with the combination of usability and flexibility. Even for mid-aged people like me. they advertised that the iphone was fully unlocked. when i tried to activate cell phone with a SIMs card and service plan it wouldn't let me activate it it said that it was Sims car it was Sims locked. I spent 2 hours with the carrier that I tried to activate the phone with I spent another 30 minutes with apple themselves and I don't know how many hours with Walmart trying to resolve this issue to get the phone activated. which come to find out through my own knowledge and in which both company other companies knowledge the phone was not indeed unlocked it was still carrier locked. I checked the Better Business Bureau and this company rates 1.5 out of five stars has had 32 complaints in the last 3 years and five complaints out of the last 12 months. Definitely pleased with both of my iPhones

I’ve bought 2 iPhone XRs from the V-Tell Group seller so far. I can say I’ve never been let down. I bought them months apart and both were packaged neatly and conveniently. Both arrived with brand new screens and an added screen protector. Personally I like to buy new phones (not the latest) so I can save extra money. The iPhones came with a charger, a charging block, and a screen protector. The phone was sealed in a bubble wrap and tucked into the box nicely. I’m glad I could buy two XRs for the price of one. I bought my first XR for about $235, and my second XR was about $185. I still have both with great internal battery. And both are fully unlocked. I went through so many reviews from customers on refurbished phone's and I checked ratings on the seller's. I've seen so many good but more bad reviews on these Refurbished phone's. I ordered it and it said it would ship out I believe within 5 days. I said to myself, I hope it gets here before Christmas so I could gift it to my 19 year old son. The phone shipped out really fast as I hoped it did and when I opened it to check it out. The phone charged really well at 100% and everything worked as advertised. There was slight scratches where the tiny screws go at the bottom of the phone that were barely noticeable and was okay because I know it's refurbished. This phone was packed neatly, shipped quickly, everything worked as advertised. It was almost like getting a brand new phone. I spent hours and maybe 4 days looking at reviews from customers. I'm sorry that my review is so long but I'm sure it will help customers who look at reviews before buying. I would recommend this seller Vovoya Inc anytime. I was on the market for a budget refurbished or pre-owned iPhone. Preferably a iPhone XR or later.Thanks to store credit, I was able to purchase this unit direct from the Best Buy website. And despite my concerns about buying a pre owned device, my fears were put to rest when I received my iPhone XR in the mail.The unit I received was in good condition with only a few minor scraps and minor domestic damage. Not a big deal really since it’s impossible to notice when the phone is put in a case. The screen was in perfect condition. And the phone performs perfectly without any technical hiccups or flaws.I highly recommend those on the market for a used iPhone to consider buying from Best Buy. Phone needed new screen and digitizer, not covered

After about 60 days, the phone started showing a thick black strip down the left side and the colours looked washed out. Initiated warranty request as there was no visible external damage whatsoever.Sent the phone back to the seller, and was told that it had been inspected and that I had caused the damage and it was not covered. Not sure how this is possible since no visible damage and was in a case from day one. Took the phone to an independent phone repair and had it fixed for $150. Problem after problem

The phone is good. Came on time not damage. However the Straight Talk locked to Carrier made it bad. I’ve used straight talk my whole life and never had a problem until now. I usually just switch the sim cards on my phone because they’re all straight talk phone. When I did this for the XR is was a little different. It worked at first but everytime I lost signal it would say Cellular Error and contact apple or carrier. The only way to fix it is keep restarting the Network setting when you get signal. After contacting apple there best solution was to get a new sim card. Straight talk on the other had was no help at all. They recommended a soft restart which didn’t fix it. I bought new in May 2019 and it still serves me well in late 2022; have used it at home in U.S. and multiple trips to remote/rural areas of Central and East Asia and sub-Saharan Africa. Have dropped it on hard surfaces many times (with standard plastic case) and it has gotten wet on several occasions without any consequences. Also use it as reader for glucose levels with Freestyle Libre 2, Audible book listening, CNN/MSNBC/local news and for Netflix and Prime shows. I have never downloaded more than a few movies at a time (so don't know what its capacity is) and I am not a Gamer. Camera is functional, but not great for anything more than close-up photos and videos. Sound is adequate for my needs. In short, it is durable and good for my moderate usage.
