I got this phone refurbished 256gb gold color and it’s been amazing. Coming from a se and 6s models this blows both of them outta the water. Battery life has dropped since using the phone when I fist got it 100% now closer to 60% on battery only because I use the phone daily. I bought this “excellent” condition to be my spare phone, and also for playing music. It’s fabulous. I actually got 2 and returned the less perfect one because you never know with a used item. The only thing that’s off about it is “tap to wake” doesn’t work possibly from them giving it a brand new screen. Who knows if it’s a genuine Apple screen and I read somewhere when the XS came out Apple was still getting their OLED displays thru Samsung. Idk. Battery health 100% and it actually tells me in the settings that the battery was replaced a few months ago with a genuine Apple battery. Oh and while its wirelessly charging you can’t input touch gestures it goes berserk lol. Loved this phone. I had the iPhone XS for 5 years and I was so happy with it. It always worked totally fine until the new lOS update last year in October. After that, it was super slow, not responsive, and it just acted up. I guess it's normal since the older phones can't really handle the newer updates anymore but it was just my favorite phone. Compared to the iPhones today, the camera was not that amazing. As a amateur photographer, I made it work and still took great photos. To be honest. I don't like screen protectors on my phones and I didn't have one on my iPhone XS but I dropped it like toooooo many times, never a single scratch! That was just amazing.

The iPhone XS model is my third iPhone over the years and I can’t imagine going back to any other brand. Apple always comes with nice sleek design made of good quality materials and no cheap plastic. Even with heavy daily use the battery lasts a long time. This model may not be the newest but the camera is still very good and takes beautiful photos. The ease of use and user friendliness beats any other brand! My mom always struggled with new technology, especially computers, and getting her an iPhone was the best decision. The UI makes it so easy for her, she even learnt how to look up stuff online and use other apps. Now we’re switching my dad to an iPhone as well. Very happy with this brand!

Adequate - Good

Had to purchase this to replace my XS Max, which was in excellent working condition, as I take good care of when you're purchasing your phones out right.Ordered this XS by mistake, as I wanted the XS Max. In reading the reviews I was prepared for less than battery life and poor audio, but was pleasantly surprised that there was no issues with maintaining good battery. However, the audio issue does present a problem at times, not always but sometimes. It sounds like the speaker is busted and makes holding a conversation difficult at times.Over all it a descent phone, but usually upgrade every 5 years, or the 5th model from my current.If I had to buy again, wouldn't hesitate to do so.

In need of a replacement

The phone arrived on time in near-perfect condition. No scratches, extremely little wear, camera works lovely... it practically looks brand new. No issues with it thus far and over the last few days it's been fully operational. The battery life is above 85% which is very reasonable. I am very satisfied with this phone and provider. Thank you so much!** Be cautious as to which seller is offering the phone. The "sold and shipped" section changed from Device Care to Lucells. My purchase was from Device Care as well, not anyone else. Just be aware to look into the seller's reviews to get an overall consensus first. It would be a hassle for you to get a broken phone and have to send it back. **

Looks great, but……

Giving the review 2 stars due to the physical quality of the phone. As advertised it was 9/10 cosmetically. What this and I can only assume the rest of the sellers on BB marketplace don’t tell you nor is it indicated in the listing itself is the fact these refurbished phones are most likely trade in’s from plan upgrades. So, as stated they might be data purged etc but the battery is not new and can be as low as 83% health per BB refurb policy (which is very are to find). So beware these are not refurbed to manufacturer standards otherwise they would have 100% battery health. IMO avoid these phones and buy new from apple directly. You always roll the dice when getting a used product.
