The Apple Magic Keyboard is a great, lightweight keyboard with wireless function and charges by USB. I am really glad that the Apple Magic Keyboard does not require battery requirement and charges by USB cable or other device. It saves money on purchasing batteries. I wished it came with a storage bag or velvet Apple Magic pouch for home or traveling purpose. Something sturdy to place keyboard to protect from dust or other debris. I also wished the Apple Magic Keyboard were made in arrange of different colors like the infinite Ipods. Please bring back the Ipods! 🙂 I enjoy keyboards to be universal with other Apple devices. I absolutely love it. Highly recommend. The charge stays for a good amount of time before the keyboard needs to recharge. Yes I wished the ... Offer as a bundle with the Magic Mouse. The keyboard is very user friendly to connect to your desktop or laptop.

I absolutely love everything about this keyboard from Apple. The wireless keyboard was connected without any problems through Bluetooth and can be used with any Apple device like a Mac, iPad, or phone. The product looks very elegant in white, is lightweight, and sleek and the best thing that I love about is the typing, the keys are just so easy and soft to click, it gives you a satisfied typing feeling that you automatically write faster. After the full charge, the keyboard can be used for weeks, also you can charge and operate it at the same time. I would highly recommend it, it is also a great gift to anyone.

The Apple Magic keyboard-case is everything you want it to be so much more...just like your next ex gf/bf, only this time you keep her/him! I purchased Apple's magic keyboard because it has the word 'magic' in its name, is customizable… plus I needed something to protect the new work iPad that my company sent me, but really I was hoping for magic. As usual, Apple somehow managed to transform a mundane tablet's keyboard-case, into a unique design that's sleek and functional. Pros: The case is robust, the keyboard is comfortable literally lit, the design is innovative, sufficient adjustability of screen angle, integral pass-thru USB-C charging port, and magical magnets to pull it all together. Sidenote: You should also buy the gen 2 Apple Pencil - it attaches ... Sidenote: You should also buy the gen 2 Apple Pencil - it attaches magnetically to the side of your iPad and makes you look super cool! Seriously, that overpriced little pencil totally pulls the whole package together just makes you feel so important. Sometimes it causes me to feel so confident that I'll even give it a spin around my thumb! Sweet bliss indeed. Not-Pros: It's heavy, no joke. The case + keyboard are presumably constructed of titanium or some magical space age material that's woven together by Apple Fairies. The only other not-pro is the price, unless you expense it;) Buy it enjoy it for many years to come, then fashion it to a line voila: boat anchor! And don't forget to order Apple's pricey Pencil, your image depends on it.

If you do not want to hit the hard buttons on the keyboard and want something soft. Then this is the one.It just glides your fingers through, and so compact that you can slide in your laptop bag easily. Also this doesn't make you regret the absence of number keys , as it's easy to use them from the top row.Connecting to laptop is easy through Bluetooth. It's just all in one.Dislike: not exactly but I tried connecting to a windows laptop, it just refused to show up on Bluetooth devices and dint connect at all. Something to look for if you have a windows.
Should be a negative really. My Apple keyboard - was delivered by Royal Mail through the letter box & bounced off the floor. It appears it would have been more appropriate to put fragile stickers on it and preferably put in a larger box (this probably wouldn't impact on the postage cost) - so it would be hand delivered. Mine appeared to have just a thin plastic liner around the original slim Apple box. Time alone will tell if it's actually ok. Please advise for future prospective customers to?
The keyboard key travel is a bit too short for my taste. Feel and sound are very similar to the macbook keyboard. The fingerprint reader built in is really the only reason to buy this if you are docking the laptop. If you are fine without that reader accessibility then this is likely not your best option. It's overpriced, not that great, and far better options from the likes of Logitech exist that make this easy to pass over. Went right back to the MX line from Logi and won't be coming back personally.
Open box excellent- I have had success and not so much at times. Although it works it had a lot of dirt on the bottom and looks like it might have been bent? Idk it’s off level I bought rises for the bottom to help with typing and to fix the lean. It’s a gamble buying open box especially online. I just would like BB to start cleaning open box excellent products and making sure that they truly are “excellent” as stated. Thanks! Picture is of the risers that i bought for it and obviously its cleaned now.. but anyway these are a must either way!
I had an older iPad Air 10.6-inch and purchased a Smart Keyboard for it. It was nice because it would flip around and cover the screen, but the down arrow didn't work very well, and it wasn't great for typing for extended periods. I purchased this keyboard to replace the Smart Keyboard. It works with the iPad Air, and the keys feel as good as my Macbook Pro. I used Excel on my iPad for a particular hobby, and I liked how I could use the keyboard to navigate around a spreadsheet. But I also use keyboard shortcuts, and the Fn keys don't work on Excel for iPadOS. I have since upgraded my iPad to a Pro, and this keyboard connected flawlessly to it via Bluetooth. I like the tactile feel, its reliability (it stays connected), the power switch, and the lightning cable charging (I also have an older iPhone, but I hope Apple starts moving towards USB-C for all of its charging connectors). Related to iPad OS, it connects when I turn on the keyboard and click a button to help the iPad recognize it, which causes the iPadOS on-screen keyboard to instantly hide. I also like that I can see the battery status of the keyboard on my iPad when its connected. My only gripe is related to iPadOS apps that don't utilize the Fn keys the way most computers do, but that's an issue with iPad apps, not this keyboard. To protect it when I travel, I made a fabric sleeve out of flannel, so I can toss it in a backpack without it getting scratched up.
I spilled some soda on my keyboard and ruined it so I went to Best Buy to get a replacement. The sales associate suggested this model because it also included a fingerprint scanner which I thought was great!I connected the keyboard and everything was great BUT the fingerprint scanner did not work with my iMac. My iMac is not too old at all and it was an expense 27" iMac desktop. After doing some research, I confirmed it was not compatible with my iMac! This was very disappointing!I could have definitely taken it back, however, I hung onto it as I did need a keyboard. I would just ask that the staff be better informed before quickly suggesting things and saying they will work when they are not compatible with some. I'm not upset, just a learning experience to ...
