Cable works well, charges fast. Can't speak for it durability as only had it a few days but ensuring it lasts a good amount of time I will be happy with this product

I'm happy to report that the 1 meter version of the cble also charges a MacBook Pro 16 at full 100 watts (with 100 watts charger).

Works perfectly, although shorter than I expected as I bought 1m not 2m (the 2m comes with the MacBook Air originally)

Something wrong with these

I am a careful use of technology, but I have already gone through several of these Apple brand USB-C to USB-C cable. No sign of damage, but they just quit working? Much too expensive to be so frail.

worst customer service i have dealt with in years.1) At first they did not even know what my complaint was due to2) they screwed up my Christmas present and only dedicated themselves to monetizing the problem with a ridiculous amount. It gives the impression that they do not care about the problem itself and could repeat it at any time.3) They spent more time trying to prove that something had been wrong than looking for a solution. When I proved that I was right, then they stopped answering questions.4) They blame a third party service they hire. When they are the ones offering customer service.5) They ignore e-mail when it doesn't suit them.After two weeks and about 20 emails, I can say that my impression is that they don't care.
