2nd tub I've bought, great taste - got Strawberry this time (preferred over choc-mint). Only creatine based shake I've used that doesn't cause bloat. It's carb heavy, but consequently makes for a great recovery drink if you smash a training session outside in the cold. My strength gains continue upwards when using. Its a staple for me!

Very quick service, well protected parcel. The product itself is awesome!! Great tasting which makes all the difference when your drinking a 500ml shake! Fast acting, noticing the strength and mass gains already, and its a great source of carbs for doing crossfit
Quick delivery, however the bag was torn upon delivery and leaked powder everywhere. Vanilla flavor is extremely sweet regardless of how much water/milk you use. So sweet in fact that it makes you feel sick. The gains and results were good though.
Bought the chocolate 2 weeks ago. Can't seem how people can complain about the flavour it tastes fine to me, considering it has such low sugar content. Got creatine and hmb in it as well so lots to gain from it. I don't find it mixes very easily with skimmed milk, but then again perhaps it's my shaker. I just mix it with water, it tastes fine, bosh it down in one or two. With water I guess you don't have to go looking for a fridge to keep it after mixing if you want to take it with you. I think it's a great product and it would be a great shame if Holland and barret decided to stop selling because of snowflakes complaining about flavour. Let's face it they won't be on it long because they'll have quit the gym soon
I’ve got the chocolate flavour tastes nice mixes well, does contain a fair amount of sugar so keep that in mind, but good result so far, take 2 scoops pre and post workout usually, muscles have felt fuller since doing that
I’ve had Applied Nutrition products previously from all over the place and their products always taste nice and have great nutritional benefits and it’s great value for money. So I was not surprised when this turned up and it tastes amazing!
Overly sweet and leaves a coating on your teeth, a bit gritty too although mixes OK in both milk and water.2.5 scoops per serving, feel like I've rattled through it quicker than with other protein products I've used in past.The scoop provided is like a small trowel/jug which makes getting the powder into the shaker a messy affair!Been using less than a month so too early to tell the results.I'm unlikely to order this again as I feel their are better products available around the same price.Not offended by it, just probably wouldn't order again.
Very nice flavour, mixes well but not as easily as some other shakes the texture isn’t bad and Applied Nutrition has nailed the vanilla ice cream flavourIn comparison to other brands it is not overwhelmingly sweet but it is sweet for sure.
