The product is fine, delays and incorrect info regarding the shipping was very poor!Expecting the package and got a message to say my order was STILL in Melbourne 10 days after ordering. quite disappointed by the delay, but two day’s later parcel was delivered, seems that the ‘real time’ tracking of orders is VERY poor and totally inaccurate… based on the delays and lack of clear tracking of my order, I wouldn’t bother ordering again. Amazon seems to have a much better freight delivery and tracking system!!

They stick to the roller via Velcro and they keep falling off with it getting wet. Not a very clever idea.

Since having our pool installed around 20 years ago, we have had many similar items of this type. Some have lasted only two years, some 3 or 4. It's early days to be sure, but already the quality of this cover is way and beyond any we have had previously. Even the equipment supplied to install the cover is far ahead in quality. Although the cost is above our previous expenditure, I am confident we have spent wisely.

Got exactly what I wanted. The replacement clips and straps are identical to the original supplied. I was happy to see that Myer carried this in stock.
I cancel the order they refused it,and they informed me to refused delivery when delivery come so i did I refused to accept delivery they still deducted my money with after pay. It's $19.99 they want to pay me $10.99 and kept $9 they said it's for fees. That's a ripped off i wouldn't recommend buying from ONE SHOP at Kogan
Time will show how these stand up to sunlight. Adaptable to installations not envisaged by designer and have plenty of scope for alternative usage with solar pool cover systems. Sticky Velcro could be improved upon
The system is a good idea. The velcro is not strong enough to keep the straps attached. You will need to wind the straps over the top of the velcro for them to stay attached to the roller. My pool cover has pre-punched holes so I didn't use the white clips. The plastic guides will probably break down in the sun in time.
Was about to buy a whole new blanket trolley until I found these. Perfect replacement.
