My baby was a super pooper when she was a newborn. We lived at the changing table and there was never not poop on her butt because as soon as I wiped it away, there would be more. Her poor bum hurt so bad. Her doctor refused to use the term "rash" and instead used the term "erosions" to describe her perpetual diaper rash. I spent hundreds on different diaper creams trying so hard to bring my baby relief. I tried EVERYTHING. and this was the ONLY diaper rash cream that helped her bum heal after months of constant diaper rash. I cried with relief! Another bonus for this cream is that it is safe for cloth diapers, which we eventually switched too because we couldn't afford to buy as many diapers as she needed lol.

Ok so my baby had diarrhea one day and I had to change her diaper constantly because she kept going and going and I was so worried because I knew she would develop a rash, i was worried sick and plus I’m a first time mom, I called her pediatrician but it was after hrs so the operator told me that the dr would call me back later that night, well she didn’t call after an hr so I called again and she said that she is busy tonight with answering other calls but she will call you, well long story short she never called. So we gave her a bath and added baking soda, prior to that we were using Destin and it wasn’t working at all. Destin does work but not when you have a full blown rash, at least that’s what I noticed. However the bath did help her after getting her out but while she was inside the tub she was crying in pain. I was almost crying because I felt so bad and I was mad because my pediatrician never called me back. I even called my mom on what to do and she recommended me the bath with baking soda remedy. Then we decided to go to target to look at ointments, at that time I wanted to buy every dang ointment just to help my baby because I was already so desperate, I did buy Aquaphor and Burt’s bees instead of buying almost every ointment. I opened Aquaphor ointment first because it works on me with my dry skin and chapped lips. I applied it and within maybe an hr or so it helped her so so much! I was so relieved! Her bottom had looked less redden than what it had looked like. So first time mommies or any mommies, this definitely works and I definitely recommend to stock up on it if your baby is prone in getting diaper rashes frequently due to sensitive skin!

By far the best on the market! When my son (with autism and chronic bowel issues) has his tummy troubles and the top layers of skin are literally gone from his behind, nothing seals out wetness and poop better. It’s also water proof so you need a good sudsy soap to wash it off! First we put either a zinc oxide baby powder or stoma powder on the bare spots to absorb any moisture and then swipe this stuff over it once without mixing them together and within a few days his skin is starting to grow back! Not even the red label butt paste was that good! (That is another item that’s the best on the market, desitin who?!) only thing is imo it’s a little expensive for the size tube you get but it saves my sons butt literally so to me it’s worth every penny!
My son has very sensitive skin, and has severe bouts of diaper rash from certain foods with to much acidity. I've bought so many different brands, and types of diaper rash medicine out there, including prescription cream from our pediatrician. I saw this paste, and decided to give it a try, and it works amazingly, even better than the prescription cream. I buy this stuff in bulk, and would highly recommend it to everyone.
Good quality product with great ingredients. One of the best diaper rash pastes I've ever tried! Texture wise, it's easy to apply and clean off. Unscented, which is perfect for sensitive skin. Contains the highest concentration of zinc oxide to protect my LO's delicate skin. Great ingredients, quality, sizing and packaging too. Super satisfied with my purchase.
Seriously the best product for sensitive skin. My baby cousin has eczema and very delicate skin, butt gets all red when teething, alllll that. While this won’t get rid of the redness completely (at least in our case), it does seem to help relieve discomfort and aid as a barrier. It has a thick, sticky consistency without being too mucky. It actually goes on rather smooth, and a little bit can go a long way. No funky smell either, although that may not be indicative of no fragrance at all. I’d have to re-read the label but it’s possible they use something to dilute/eliminate any smells. Regardless, 5 star product. A shame this isn’t sold in a larger capacity bottle. This is now our go-to cream with her always.
I got this excited to try the Aquaphor name in a new product. I wasn\'t sure what to expect so here\'s some quick information:It\'s a white cream, not the thick goop that I was used to.It can separate in the tube, so giving it a quick knead in the tube before opening to use will fix that problem.It\'s easy to wash off of your finger (or by using a quick wipe).A little goes a long way! That all being said, I rather enjoyed this product. It wasn\'t super thick nor was it so thin that it had issues staying on my baby\'s skin. A little went a long way, just a little would spread over the affected area and then some. There was once or twice she had a rash forming that this needed to be used for a full day of diaper changes before the rash went away. For most redness, it did clear up after one use. Will I keep using this? Yes, it works well and keeps rashes at bay when needed. It heals some rashes rather fast but also keeps them from getting worse. My baby didn\'t try to get away from me when I put it on her skin as she does for some other products.Overall, a great cream to try!
So I am a massive fan of Aquaphor products and have used them for years for various things. My daughter had a rash that was so angry and unresponsive to every type of ointment, cream, and paste I tried. The ones with little particles made my daughter's skin so irritated and inflamed. The ones everyone said were great for paste just hurt my daughter because it almost turned into clay, so removal wasn't fun. The leading creams were good, but only if I put on a thick layer that irritated my daughter’s skin after a while. Out of sheer desperation, I decided to buy this tiny bottle for a lot of money.Let me tell you; it was a miracle worker. Removal was easy and non-irritating to my daughter’s skin. She wasn't crying anymore, and her rash that would not go away was finally disappearing. It was amazing! My little girl wasn't scared of diaper changes anymore for fear of the pain of cleaning and treating the rash. She is a happy kid with the endless rash finally put to an end, and I am a happy mom satisfied with my decision to buy this diaper paste. Is it worth the $2 an ounce? YES!!! If your baby has a rash that hurts and will not go away and your baby has sensitive skin, buy this. You won't regret it, I promise. It is like a miracle worker in a little tube. So worth it, and I will buy more Aquaphor Diaper Paste immediately. 5 out of 5 and that is from a mom who literally tried everything else. I am so happy I decided to try this and will always have it on hand for angry rashes in the future.
My Son has very sensitive skin, and no matter what cream I tried, none of them worked! Worked for couple of days and back to square one…diaper rush…before I found this cream, we were at the pediatrician every week to try something new, nothing worked, no matter if I changed the diaper after every single pee….I kept my one year old in training pants at the end because I was scared to put diaper on…so it was terrible…his butt was still red and sore and he peed all over, so we had to change the training pants every 10 mins..it was a nightmare for Him and for me too! Until I found this cream…this cream is magic…for us! So if you have a Baby who has similar diaper rush, please give this cream a try! I put this every time we change the diaper, and it has been working for ... MoreMy Son has very sensitive skin, and no matter what cream I tried, none of them worked!
