The filter I have received leaks. I have emailed Mydeal advising them I am prepared to pay for the return of the filter if they replace it. To date no communication received. Poor service so far, hence I cannot recommend the filter I have received as it is not operating as it should. The silence has been deafening. Never to return poor customer service all round.

Have a little bit noise working 24h without stop another brand working on and off help you save electricity but fair price do your job

This filter is amazing. My Turtle tank was completely green and so much crap on the bottom. I tried so many different filters to try and keep it clean but nothing worked. I've had this filter connected for just over a week and my tank is crystal clear!!

awesome for the price. i dont even need a heater in the tank. left this running on its own and it heated upy tank lol. but bad thing is i noticed a bit of a drop in water flow even after i cleaned it

Awesome product

Very good product. Build quality is good. Easy to install. Now My aquarium water quality is way better than before. Crystal clear tank. Very quiet. With this price really wrothy to have.

External Canister Filter

Great value for money, this filter comes with the filter medium in mesh bags with zips. All the connectors were in individual bags so I was very easy to put together. The lid is easy to remove for cleaning when the pressure is relieved but well sealed and doesn't leak. Worth looking at the filters with the UV lights. I am very happy with it and will be buying another one soon.

Has flooded my living room 3 times

This filter has flooded my living room 3 times Kogan has asked me to attempt it a fourth time & film it it a big no thanks it’s going in the bin!!! It does not seal around the canister correctly!!!!

Needs better instructions

If you are not familiar with this type of filter the provided instructions are almost useless. Thank goodness there is the internet to look up how to set up and use this type of filter. Once I got that sorted its a breeze. Its also not as quiet once in operation as it says it is.

Value for Money

Great product. Just wish the attachments came in pieces so you can easily adjust the length of pipe that goes in the aquarium.
