About 150 miles in with these, and I'm pretty unimpressed by their durability thus far. Granted a lot of that distance has been on rocky, technical terrain but I'm still surprised by how beat up they are. Comfort wise, I've been happy enough, I just don't think I'll be trying Arc'teryx for trail runners again based on what I expect to be a very short life with these shoes.
Really comfy on long runs and a surprising amount of ankle support
the perfect balance of cushion and responsiveness. It has a nice platform to carry you through your stride. Volume is a little more generous than the LD2.
Well made shoe, beautiful design and finish. However, walking & running experience is not the same. Since it has thicker sole on heels, it’s making me walk awkward and have twisted my heel/Ankle du to uneven height. It’s works well for running ONLY! Give me extra push while running. However, not designed for walking at all…this is creating issue. So, it’s been shelved and not using. Huge disappointment. Thank you for listening
Haven’t taken to hike yet, just local walk around 15 miles. I felt snug at the beginning but it’s stretching to my foot shape. I’m getting more comfortable and feel soft and comfortable. I’ll give few more days to walk around before taking to hike.
