These sandals provide good support and are plushy comfortable. The stone color is a nice neutral, and the shearling detail is both functional and pretty. I don't recommend for use at the beach, though, as sand in the shearling doesn't come out well. Otherwise, great for everyday wear, both with socks or barefoot.

Best birks to wear around the house if you can’t go barefoot. The shearling lining looses it fluff quickly but is awesome at first! However it’s still a comfy birk to wear around the house even with matted down shearling.

Love, love these! I've looked at them for awhile but never committed to buying them. My closet already has many Birkenstock's. As this is the only shoe that is comfortable on my foot, I let the guilt pass and purchased these!
Bought a second pair. Love these! I think the shearing lined Birks run 1/2 size small (probably because of the shearing lining). I wear these all year long. Bought these on sale, so even better!!!
I received a pair of these for Xmas last year and needed a replacement since the shearling didn’t last. I remember the first few months of wearing them… they were so soft and plush. I just received my new pair (direct from Birkenstock) and the shearling is not what it used to be! It feels fake and plush is the farthest thing from my mind when wearing them. Sad to see the quality is not quite the same.

When discovered these Birkenstock’s I figured they would be perfect. Birks always have great quality, and comfortable for my feet issues. So anyway, they look like I expected and as soon as I put them on I was pleased. I tightened the straps to make them tighter. My feet are the only truly skinny part of me. Haha. I really wanted to love these. The idea of a warm fuzzy slipper-like Birk that you can wear anywhere was very appealing. I live in my Birks! But these seem to be to made on an entirely different last than all my others. First, it’s more narrow. I wear a basic medium width in all shoes and these fit me very narrow. Second, the cut at the toes is very “slanted”. My toes go over the edge of the shoe like the shoe is too small, but it’s not. Holding this one against my others, you can clearly see the significant difference in the width and also the way the the toe end is cut at a deeper slant.These are going back. Too bad, so sad.
I was so excited to find this perfect version of my favorite Birks for “shoulder seasons” ++BUT… the construction of these is EXTREMELY poor! Visible glue all over the place, and edges already loose and gaping before even worn. Disappointingly, I believe I could find better shoes at a discount shoe store! . Bought the mink brown version for my daughter, and they look a little better. I certainly hope they live up to Birkenstock standards. They are not inexpensive!
Someone I know had these (so must have bought several years ago,) I have purchased two pair, one black on black and the other grey on cream. On both pair the fur immediately started to come of the edges which on the black ones were very noticeable. The grey were only slightly better. On both I could not wear them for long as very uncomfortable if not just worn around the house. I adore the way they look and am shocked at how poorly made they are.
