I bought this a few weeks ago and it doesn't cool the area at all. The fan is strong but not very cold.

I bought this 3 days ago to replace high velocity arlec fan. Airflow is decent cooler is ok for a small room

Not powerful enough to cool down a medium-large room. Might work well for a small room.Very loud when operating even on lowest setting.
It is far too noisy to use in a bedroom, even on the lowest fan speed. The fan is strong and does blow a decent amount of air. However, don't expect this or any evaporative cooler to lower the temperature. The "natural" of this unit is bad as all it does is change the fan from very loud to extremely loud as it varies the speed.
