I love this product unfortunately the medium size ran out very quickly. Looking at the sizing chart on the larger size doesn't seems much different from the medium, unfortunately the thin narrow velcro strip only at the edge and doesn't seems going to hold quite last. I really hope that the velcro can be made a little bit wider so it can perfectly fit the medium to large dog's waist size by the fasten the velcro from somewhere in the middle (not only at the edge).

My dog is now a senior so buying these was sadly inevitable. Have tried other brands, but these made it soo easy to just wrap around stomach and no leaks or irritation to my dog. Just wish there was more of them in a pack.
My Yorkie is 12 lbs. I ordered the small size for him. It is a tight fit at first putting on him. I suggest to rub the fasten side firmly directly on the wrap after you put it on your dog. The wrap will stretch a little after it is on my Yorkie. I had no problem with it and it did not leak.
The price is great and the fit size small was better than any other belly bands for my chihuahua size dog. the diapers are more like a cloth material and rhe velcro closure and width was perfect to stay closed around my dogs waiste.
My Chihuahua is not very active but these wraps come undone simply from him readjusting himself while he sleeps. The Velcro -like strip is less than 3/4 inch so it is not enough to secure the wrap like you would think you can do on a baby diaper. There's been alot of frustration finding him unwrapped at inopportune times and cleaning up urine marks.
They seem to be very well made.But, for our little fella, they just won't work. I started out with x-small. Brando is an older (12-year old) MinPin, and frankly, he's getting a little free and easy with his peeing these days. He sometimes doesn't wait for his walks. So these seemed like a good idea.However, I tried three times (including adding additional tape), but he never lasted longer than 15 minutes in it. He didn't tug it off - he just sort of walked out of it. I didn't worry about him not wearing it because he actually kinda likes getting 'dressed' in his little clothes. But these wouldn't stay on.So, I REordered, and got plain small, instead of x-small, thinking MAYBE that would help. But, no, it was exactly the same. blue line is excellent indicator when to change diaper and holds wee fine. Just need to secure with duct tape since my senior dog lost muscle and the wraps shifts a little. This is an excellent brand, low odor.
Work great. Good padding. Kept pup dry. Good price. Stayed in place. Great product.
