At a previous job I had our tea room cupboard was stocked with a plentiful supply of these biscuits. This made me very happy because Arnott's Cheds biscuits are very tasty and very addictive! I found myself making excuses to make yet another trip to our kitchen to grab another handful of Cheds.But seriously just be careful not to eat too many of these biscuits as they have a relatively high fat content. 3 biscuits contains 6.3g fat which is around 10% of your recommended daily fat intake.
