Hi the shirt fits me brilliantly. But i've noticed after the first cold wash that the shirt has started to bobble. Obviously not happy about it paying £96 for the shirt.But I have a feeling after 3 washes it may be destroyed. Is there anything you can offer?

Reasonable quality but I was expecting a better quality material/cloth as I treated myself to the Match shirt for the first time - time will tell when I wear it regularly in the season. It’s not just Arsenal but I think the price of £90 for the Replica and £110 for the Match shirt before membership discount. Is a barrier for more Arsenal fans to buy an original shirt. Rreducing/subsidising the price would make them more affordable to all Arsenal fan giving more fans the ability to show their support by buying wearing and displaying their shirt that is also covered in advertising/sponsorship. Maybe if Arsenal does not want to fund a reduction Emirates could consider subsidising.

Authentic Home Shirt is of excellent quality. I ordered a M size and it fits perfectly. I chose to add a player and selected the Arsenal Font and Champions League badge combination and it looks awesome. The material is soft and lightweight, ideal for the start of the new season later this summer. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed. I have a feeling that this is the season 24/25, that we will be Premier League champions.

It arrived on my birthday, which was a lovely present. It’s an official jersey and it fits correctly. It’s a slim large. Next time I might get an XL, or it might just inspire me to lose a few of those extra pounds. It’s not like a bike jersey where you have to go up 2 sizes. I’ll wear it tomorrow!

Great quality and design of product (Authentic Home Shirt). Very pleased with it.Shipping out of the UK was super quick, however partner in New Zealand sat on the package for weeks (Aramex). I had to drive over to their distribution centre twice after being on the phone with them several times. I thought I may receive this shirt next season! Calling them a terrible logistics partner would be an understatement. Arsenal Direct should consider changing to a reputable shipping/logistics partner (like DHL/FedEx). I will not buy again just because of this experience.
I bought this for my 14 year old. He loves it and it is excellent quality and a lovely fit. The only issue we had was the optional badges began to detach after one wash. They were almost completely off. I wash at 30 degrees with non bio detergent so not expected. We have glued them back on with fabric glue. Brilliant otherwise thanks 😊
It is OK.I like the T-shirt. The service, ordering and delivery was as expected.The quality is not really good. It doesent have anything special (materials or manufacturing) for this price. I was expecting more from the Authentic version.But of coursre I like it because I have a t-shirt from my favorite club :)
Very Simple to Order. BUT !! It’s Free Delivery Over £100. So the Shirt Comes To £110. The minus 10% Discount. So it Drops To under £100. Now They Then Add The Postage So In All it Rubs OUT the Free Delivery & Discount. 🤷🏽♂️
Absolutely terrible my son made a mistake by putting an 05 instead of 5 on dad's father's dad tshirt. When I tried to fix the issue I had little help and now dad is stuck with a new season tshirt which is unwearable. I will have to buy a replacement which will cost another £120.00. I am so disappointed with how this has been handled and will be giving a formal complaint.
