Our unit had minor damage - a dent - on a front edge. We didn’t notice this until it was assembled at home and when we peeled off the plastic protective coating on the top. We were offered a new part by the company Artiss, which was a bit silly. We’d have to pull apart & rebuild with a new top shelf. It took 4 hrs to assemble. No $ compensation was offered - we’ve decided we just have to live with it as is. Bunnings was only the order hub and were very helpful when ordering. Bad luck for us I guess.

I bought this few weeks ago online as i couldn't find in bunnings. I really loved the tv unit but when i tried to remove the plastic this happened. Didnt had time to report so we're just using it anyways.

Product was delivered early, which was good. Happy with quality, a bit lower than expected but that was an oversight on my part. On the whole a good product for the price.

Looks great! Was easy to put together. Only problem that one drawer sticks a bit as the runners don’t erm to quite line up.
Great size, easy to assemble and perfect for a 65in. slimline television.High gloss finish looks classy and is easilymaintained. Love it in my apartment !
It’s very small, double check the dimensions as it’s very short and very narrow shelves. Pretty cheap and you get what you pay for… Great for a small space, do not expect high quality, or good instructions!
Bought the cabinet because it looked like it would fit into the space I had available. When it arrived I found it was easy to put together (not usually the case). Very happy with the appearance of the unit and looks great with the new TV
We took a chance on purchasing the item based on its picture and details. It looked right to buy until we bought it and put it together. The TV Cabinet is too low, corners too sharp, and drawers were getting stuck, not opening, and not working. We are therefore not satisfied with the item and would please like a refund and return/pick-up of this Timeless Living black TV Cabinet.Regards,Margaret O'Halloran
It comes with step by step numbered instruction manual which is a Must read, is easily put together(,its not rocket science),quicker with 2 people, it looks like a very expensive cabinet when put together.it is not a very tall cabinet due to the height of the 6 legs which perhaps could be a little bit higher,the goods where delivered within 10 days of being ordered. Overall it is an impressive and sturdy and looking unit...
The picture of this tv cabinet shows a tv and a lamp on it. I have quite a small tv and it takes up half the length of the cabinet. The cabinet and lamp in the picture must be minitures, The instructions are uesless and even miss some steps to put it together. Definately not happy with this product.
