The ease at which the assembly helped the job get done so much faster than anticipated. The headrest is beautiful and, of course, with the LED lights and the charging station, how could you go wrong? We purchased 2 beds for our granddaughters. The rooms had loft beds in them to begin with, but with them growing and our house being a bit low posted for growing girls, we decided to make a change and we are all thrilled. They are so happy to have their own rooms and because they wanted their own rooms, they adjusted immediately. All of the instructions were easy to follow and these beds went together nicely. If you need twin beds for guests for kids, I would definitely say purchase these. You get a lot of bang for your buck.

Perfect size bed for a 12yr old. Quite easy to put together with 2 people. Lots of storage under the bed. Easy to lift and put down. LED lights are a bonus and a great alternative to a night light. Definitely worth the price.

Appalling! Totally unhappy

Purchased a month ago, sold our existing bed when the boxes arrived. Did not realise until we started to assemble that a box was missing. Therefore we have no bed! We are trying to seek a replacement part or compensation. Kogan insist x3 boxes where delivered, I was home when the boxes arrived and definitely only x2 boxes came. Even more insulting is Kogan sends a message to say search your property it’s possibly hiding somewhere - This is a head board, a huge box we are talking about, I have a tiny front yard! Meanwhile we are sleeping on the floor. Totally unhappy with Kogans customer support, virtually nonexistent. Please purchase elsewhere!

Decent for the price

Overall a good bed and very reasonably priced. It does creak and squeak when you get on and off.I also would have preferred if the light-up shelf was deeper. You can’t really put anything on it without it falling off.The assembly of the bed is not difficult but takes a long time. I’d recommend watching an assembly video on YouTube as the provided instructions are not great.The tracking was pointless. It said ‘expected delivery: 2-3 days’ for over 10 days.Pretty happy with the bed otherwise, and love the gas lift

I'm impressed with the quality for the price

I have found its quite a good bed frame for a 14 year old. Some improvements would be to make the light shelf deeper as you can't store anything in there. The light is no where near as bright as the photos but that's okay it still looks pretty cool. Also the wiring and connector for the lights has no where to store the pack so it just hangs there in the open. It doesn't appeal aesthetically but it works. I did also think there was a bottom for the under bed storage but there's not. It's cheap and its a bed so it does its job, the material is pretty good but instructions could also be clearer. The delivery speed was quite good also.

Very poor service and product

Unfortunately this one has been the worst experience I have had with Myer online. Don’t get me wrong, they finally got it rectified but it took over month and as a gold member the experience was very disheartening. Was the product fit for purpose, yes. But it is not a product the I will recommend as it took an arm and leg to get there, first only half the bed arrived. So after reporting the issue and having to chase up a response the rest arrived, only to find out during assembly one of the parts had an issue which then needed a new report to be created and again had to chase up a response. The Myer team on the phone was good to deal with but when it came to taking ownership it was a quick game of pass the buck or in VIC I would like to say the best hand balling ... MoreUnfortunately this one has been the worst experience I have had with Myer online.
