Cosy and comfortable, it's perfect for a little old lady and my Mum loves it. It was the least expensive recliner we could find, so there are no bells and whistles. But if you're looking for good quality basic, this is it.

First part doesn’t take long at all but the bottom part takes about a week longer to arrive. But for the price and when you finally get to put it together (which is very easy to do)You have a comfortable recliner chair.
this product is just over 12 months old and is in very poor shape. the leather has cracked in several places and chair is lopsided and very uncomfortable to sit in. i think the inner springs have given way. unsure if this is still under warranty. can you please contact me by email if you are able to repair or replace.
Chair was delivered with no problems and on time. Well packed. Easy to assemble. Top is light to lift on. The base his quiet heavy. Chair is nice looking and comfortable.
It's a micro-recliner. Very short providing no neck support. The padding is hard and poking.
Very uncomfortable seat and shallow. Mechanism is very tight. You have to push it by hand to close.
I'll give an honest review, It's really bulges into your back and feels very hard. It's also very small chair in person and feels like it's about to tip over, the build quality isn't good at all from my perspective.
