Very happy with the product, the packaging not so much. As with everything I have had shipped from eastern states to WA the product are damaged due to inadequate packaging. There are a few places where the black on the legs has been scraped off by rubbing against each other with little or no barrier between. I'll fix it myself but I shouldn't have to. Those responsible for packaging please left your game. Incidentally I received some lights shipped from the US today and they arrived in perfect condition and much more quickly - go figure!

Really happy. Easy to assemble. I did have trouble with one screw which didn't line up. Generally excellent quality and very comfortable.

This product does not come fully assembled and it is impossible to assemble. You'll have to just lug it back to a Myer store as it cannot be posted either. The screws are too short but if they are longer they will be intrusive
