Relatively easy to build on my own.Only issue I face is buying a mattress too think for the trundle, bought 2 memory foam topped mattresses not realising the bottom gap may be smaller. Im nearly 100mm out

A nice bed, received quickly & instructions were fairly easy to follow.The strength of the beds are the only concern, the wooden slats don't seem to be wide & strong enough. They creak and shift every time you move.

This frame took some effort and concentration to put together (and I had a support worker do it), but it is sturdy and looks good once it is done. The pieces (I had two other items ordered too) didnt come super super quick but definitely within a reasona

A cheaper product at a cheaper price

It is a lower priced bed with lower quality timber and paintwork. Slats were very average, some have joints in them and some had to be trimmed to fit.

Disappointing

Its quite flimsy, paintwork not even and patchy and one of the side rails is split along the screw holes so will have to fix somehow..hopefully it will take the weight and wont break.. its too difficult to return..delivery by Hunters Express was very stressful so overall would not recommend.

Looks great!

Looks great and was pretty easy to assemble. Very convenient for the occasional sleepover or overnight guest.

Not the quality you’d expect from Myer

This bed was probably the worst purchase we’ve ever made from Myer. It’s an IKEA bed at Myer prices. After seeing the parts and assembly required I attempted to return it but couldn’t as it was deemed bulky. After a marathon 2 hour effort of putting it together the top of the bed ends rock no matter how hard we tighten the screws, the slats creak (actually woke our child up one night), it can’t support myself and children for story time, with some really questionable cracking sounds, and it’s all around a very poorly designed bed. Will Probably be replacing the bed shortly. Looks good though...

Poor quality

This bed is very pretty, but dreadfully poor quality. The timber slats break regularly, even under the weight of small children.

Shirley King Trundle bed

My order arrived quickly.When buying the Trundle bed I asked about what size mattresses to buy. I was informed that it took K single, I asked about height for the Trundle mattress and was told normal K single mattress. So I ordered 2 x K single mattresses.I found that it fitted both beds, but I could not make up the bed with bedding as it's too tighter fit.If I had ordered a normal Single mattress it would have looked stupid as the mattress would have been too small.I think that height for the bottom bed matters in the trundle bed. It would be a good idea for the makers to allow for bedding as no one wants to have to make up a bed every day

Worst purchase and a regret of a lifetime

I wish there was a option to rate this product a ZERO. I am really surprised why such a trusted site Bunnings is listing this in their website even. I only bought this because it was with Bunnings and I don’t know the brand Artiss, or whatever, but trusted Bunnings. But when the product got delivered, it came faulty and second the product is made up of a vey weak and cheap materials. To be honest forgot about using it as a guest bed, it can’t even handle a child. It is sure to break!And guys the funny part is they are veg slow in responding to our refund issues. It’s been more than two weeks since I submitted a query and have not yet got the matter resolved.
