After buying this oven, we became aware that both thermostats were faulty, and both ovens were almost unuseable. The technician who came to repair the oven found that the oven fan was also faulty. He determined that the oven should be replaced under warranty. From that date it took nearly 12 weeks to get a replacement oven - unbelievably, the Artusi distributors did not have any in Australia. It would have taken about another month except that an eventual complaint email to AppliancesOnline caused them to proactively offer to transfer an oven from Brisbane to Sydney for us. The distributors were hopeless. The replacement oven works as expected.

This oven is unbelievable, It makes the best pizzas that a cooked to perfection, in the grill section. I have cooked roasts, baked bread, made cakes and cookies. Everything I have cooked come out perfect. Easy to use and clean. I am very impressed with this brand. Good value for money.

The Atrusi cooks well and is pretty quiet. Nice Range of Functions.The Quirks: - The Timer.. It beeps at you, and will switch off, but the restart unless you turn the heat settings and function off. If you let the alarm go for the full 2 minjutes, it seems to turn off properly.The Cooling fan stays on for what seems like 30 minutes after you finish cooking

I bought the oven just 3 weeks ago. It’s easy to use but the cleaning is ridiculous. You are supposed to clean it after each use. If you don’t it doesn’t stop smoking. Can’t use oven cleaner on it only hot soapy water. It suggests to do a steam clean, that was a waste of time, as it didn’t want and this was only after I used it twice. I’m afraid to think what it would be like after a month.The controls are easy and it gets to the temperature easily. But if I knew about this cleaning I would not have purchased it.
Purchased this a couple of weeks ago. Just needed a basic reliable oven that wasn’t expensive and so far so good. The only thing I wish it had was a light that shows you when the oven has reached the correct temperature.

Am absolutely loving my new oven. Love having to the double ovens and seperate grill. Heats up fast and everything cooked so far has turned out fabulous! Really simple easy to use buttons. For the price I am really stoked with this oven.

Purchased about a month ago when our old double oven died. Found this to be the cheapest double oven on the market, it looks fantastic, works great, has all the features we need. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends.
I Expected just an ordinary oven. Installation was easy and when we started using it we were pleasantly surprised as the baking results from cakes, biscuits meats and whatever, were excellent. And it looks great too!
