They always go the extra mile ensuring he is comfortable in his new shoes and at ease with the process.

I discived these wgen my son was in grade 4 after several years of worn pit shoes each term or sometimes sooner. These guys only need replacing when his foot grows, hes never managed to wear tgem out. They are also very comfortable and suppprtive. He has pronatiin and has suffered on and off from severs disease and these have been one of tge few pairs we havent had to change for recovery.

These are my son’s second pair. The first are still going strong after a year so I bought them in the next size up ready to go. He has a tall foot so we’ve struggled to find school shoes that don’t dig into the top of his foot all day. The Ascent Apex have definitely been it. They’re comfortable, the sole has enough bend with still being supportive and sturdy enough to last an active 8/9yr old.
Lasted 6 months for my gentle natured 8 year old. A hole wore across the toes of both shoes. I attempted to claim under the 6 month outer sole warranty but it was classed as wear and tear. My son has never worn through a pair of school schools this quickly.
good school shoe but only lasts approx 1 term when worn 3 days/week. Leather is thin and wears through/holes in toes. (photo unable to upload on this review). however these are the only comfortable ones my son wears so if you budget approx $500/yr for black school shoes its manageable.
I was pleasantly surprised how these shoes are so comfy for my daughter. They are light weight and sturdy. I am going to get a second pair now
Ideal for kids who are hard on their shoes. Great quality, well-fitting, comfy shoe for my 8yr old daughter. The leather on the toes is sturdy and doesn't scrape away like so many other quality brands have done. So far they have kept their shape and look in top condition. her previous shoes would look old, worn and creased within a couple of weeks of wearing them.
My son is incredibly hard wearing on his shoes. He’s really hard to get shoes for as he has such a wide foot.So stoked with these, he got nearly 2 school years use out of them. Because they lasted so long, I think it was great value for money. He said they were very comfortable which I value as a big factor for the amount of time kids wear school shoes, including walking to and from. Customer service was excellent.
This is the only school shoe that lasts - my children are very hard on their shoes. They have outgrown the previous pairs, and I can practically donate the previous pair without feeling bad, as they look as good as new. It supports both my children with their orthotics too, and I would recommend this to anyone. It’s worth the spend!
