These are the best, most comfortable thongs I’ve ever bought. I’ve also bought them as gifts for family and friends and they all love them. For anyone that suffers from back or knee problems, these really help take the edge off. They have great shock absorption but also help align your posture. I’ll never buy ordinary things again - these are worth paying for.

My second pair for outdoor walking. The other used for indoors. Very comfy. My podiatrist recommended me buy them for my over pronation feet. Helps with the ankle. Wished I found out these earlier. Been in pain for way too long using other expensive footwear that didn’t do a thing to help.

They're great. However, i find the insole wears out too quickly. I would prefer the insole to be made out of a more sturdy product. They are orthotic sandals so as soon as they wear, which they do very quickly, the integrity of them being an orthotic sandal diminishes because your foot loses that support. The outer ball of my feet tends to wear that area very quickly and i find myself having to buy a new pair every 3-4 months. Which ends up being quite expensive. In saying this, they are the best orthotic sandal on the market (I've purchased all the ones i know of).

I suffer from servere back and neck pain.I've tried many different brands of Orthotic thongs over last few years.I have found these ASCENT mens thongs help alot.
Currently Suffering from Plantar Fasciitis I have found these thongs a god send, all my other shoes I’m in pain after 30mins of wearing but can be in Ascent Groove thongs all day with little to no pain.
Very disappointed with this purchase.One thong appears tighter than the other and as a result it has cut into my foot. As i am a diabetic i can no longer wear these thongs.
Supportive, lightweight thongs are great. I have a fallen arch in one foot (post accident) and require aggressive orthodics in my normal shoes, but I can wear these all day with no issues. I've got two pairs.
