Advised by podiatrist to get these for my son who has pronation about 7 years ago. He has not had another shoe since for school. Very durable too. His feet stopped growing a few years ago and 1 pair lasted about 2.5 years! Pretty good for a kid who destroyed every other brand in about 3 terms previously.

Advised by podiatrist to get these for my son who has pronation about 7 years ago. He has not had another shoe since for school. Very durable too. His feet stopped growing a few years ago and 1 pair lasted about 2.5 years! Pretty good for a kid who destroyed every other brand in about 3 terms previously.

These school shoes last! I have a 10 yo boy who has massive feet and just thrashes his school shoes. I have purchased other quality school shoe brands in the past (not from Athletes Foot) only to be disappointed when they fell apart and needed replacing after 4 - 6 months. We purchased the Ascent Sustains for the 2022 school year and got the entire year out of them, and they have a heap more wear left in them - except they now dont fit. We've just purchased another pair for the 2023 school year and know they will handle everything my son puts them through and more. Really happy with the Ascent Sustains and they are well worth the $$ in my opinion!

Most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I was told I need authotics but I thought I would see a podiatrist. After a short discussion and a couple of walking tasks, he suggested that I look at the shoes I should be wearing and that would be better than the ones I currently have.I bought 6 pairs of shoes recommended by a number of stores and with the comments from the podiatrist to assist the store person, all with the comment 'I will return these if they are not approved by the podiatrist.'4 pairs went back next day after visiting the podiatrist.I kept the other 2 pairs. Great quality shoes, my son is very active and heavy on his feet, we have tried many other brands however these have been the best in terms of comfort, quality and longevity.
Great arch support for my great arch support for my teenage boy. He only wears them for school but it has helped with his walking.
These are such sturdy shoes for my daughter for school. She grows out of them before they are worn. Such good quality
