My 7-year-old daughter with 2E width feet and an actual foot length of 20.1 cm uses these shoes in a size 21.5 cm. She usually gets foot pain quickly with cheap shoes, but she can walk long distances in these because they have good cushioning.
Really comfy and supportive. Easy to order and quick delivery. Would recommend.

Lovely trainer but too big. Not sized correctly in my opinion. I always wear a 5 but these size 5 were like a 6 so had to return them
My daughter loves Asics and finds this pair extremely comfortable. Her orthotics fit perfectly and the shoes compliment the support.
