The Gel-Kayano 14 makes a comeback with a retro twist. Its late 2000s look is directly inspired by our iconic Gel-Kayano series. By reinterpreting the high-performance features of the shoe with updated materials and components, this model is the first version designed by a different designer than Toshikazu Kayano. This passing of the torch revives the legendary values of the franchise, while also marking a development in performance evolution. Mimicking the original midsole construction with GEL cushioning technology, this shoe enhances the fit of the upper while retaining the 2008s leather and mesh layer structure. Additionally, the insole is made through a solution dyeing process to reduce water consumption by 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45%.
