Not only are these shoes beautiful, but they are also a joy to run in, they are both light and supportive. They still give a good feel for the ground but also have the nice soft feeling of your feet being cushioned.I was pleasantly surprised with the comfort of these shoes.My last pair were the GT-2000-9’s and I didn’t think you could get much comfier than them but these have proved me wrong.

I find that this shoe meets all of my requirements. It provides the cushioning that I like and the stability that I require. All around it’s a great shoe that I have worn since it’s inception. Great for both road and trail running. Great for both the heavier and lighter runner. The quality is superb and lasts for many months of enjoyable running.

I got these for my brother who has low arch support and he loves them.I also have flat feet and I love kayano and gt 2000 shoes. Kayano is more comfortable than gt 2000. I’ve ordered a pair of these for myself and it will arrive today (Fedex usually has a one-day delay)We’ve got the size 10 for my brother and he usually wears 10 and the size is perfect for him.

I bought this pair of shoes for my son. It is a pair of good looking shoes. Love the sharp orange red color from the out look and it gives good support to the ankle and the weight of the shoe is light and the quality is good as well. Feet can breath well and won't feel sweaty after wearing for awhile. I like the ease to buy online from Altitude Sports. It makes my first time shopping experience like a breeze. In fact this Gel-Kayano model is recommended from our orthodics clinic. We will continous to buy their product most likely in the future.
I found these GK27 Tokyo at a good price. They are identical to as my current shoe, even colour. Like all Gel Kayanos (I have used them for over 10 years) last well they have lasted well - over 600 miles of use and still feel good.
I have had a few Gel-Kayano's which I really love, but these ones are a little smaller than previous versions. Granted I have large feet, however these were fairly tight around the top of my foot and sidewalls. Length was perfect and true to size.They also seem to have raised the heel a little on this version also.
The Kayano 27 is probably one of the best support shoes out there. I have been a huge fan of the previous iterations but this one takes the unmistakeable Kayano/Asics DNA and refines it. I love how comfortable it is and the stability it offers. I have worn my way through several pairs of the 27s now and they hold up well for short 5ks and full marathons alike. This colourway is probably my favourite.
Recently replaced my GT-2000's with the Gel-Kayano in hopes of a little more support. After a few runs I have come to regret switching, as it has caused significant knee and ankle pain. Even with insoles, the run is uncomfortable from beginning to end. These shoes are barely worth walking in. If you're considering a switch, maybe reconsider!

i returned my pair. i have been running with Kayano size 11 for 15 years...two black toes one on each foot (same toe), nothing changed besides the shoes. same socks that i always wear.sounds like a defective pair.
