I've had these shoes for 2-3 weeks. My favorite feature is the split tongue. I never have to worry about the tongue sliding out of position. I wear them all day and they are very supportive, comfortable, and stable. They are slightly less breathable than other athletic and running shoes I've worn, but most of the time it's not a big deal. The heel strike is the lowest impact of any shoe I've worn, and that's a big deal to me because my job requires me to walk on pavement for a significant part of the day.Bottom line, I would buy these again, and I did. I've purchased 2 pair already.

The color and quality on these are amazing!!! These are my first pair of Asics so I was a bit scared about which size to pick but I went half up for my wide feet and they fit great. If you have normal/narrow feet go TTS, wide footers go half size up. The comfort is great and I know I can wear these all day with no issues. Perfect fall sneaker
The shoes are so warm and comfortable. They support the heel really well and I will definitely but another pair of them in either white or black.The tongue is unusual but I really like it.Make sure to spray some suede protector before wearing them.
My first Gel-Lyte III, it's a fantastic shoe. Extremely comfortable, perfect tts fit. The nubuck and suede are smooth and supple. Hue is a bit different than the photo, leaning toward the cooler (bluer) side. Still, "Aki" is fire.
Shoes were just delivered, so I can't speak for durability etc. But I have to say these are pretty comfortable! I did order a half size larger, which I never do, from 9 to 9.5, based on the reviews, and I think I made a good choice. The split tongue is different, but doesn't change how the shoe feels at all. Looks really good, and should look good in a pair of jeans. I think I can dress these up or down with ease. Taking a trip to Hong Kong next month and only taking one pair of shoes, so I have a month to walk around in these an hopefully these make the cut! So far, very satisfied.
I purchased grey colored GEL-LYTE IIIs in February/March 2022. I bought them for breakdancing. Likes include the lightweight, comfy and stylish design. The sole and outsole construction works really well for breaking as they have a good deal of cushioning in the right spots. The lacing system works well too. No dislikes to speak of - I was worried at first that the split tongue might be uncomfortable, but to my surprise they have remained comfortable after many practice sessions. A minor inconvenience might be that is is hard to keep the grey “suede like” leather looking clean and fresh. Overall, I am very happy.
The quality is great I love the color combination. However it was rather disappointing that size 9.5 runs a little smaller. The left shoe fit perfect but the right shoe ran snuggled a bit too much. Returns aren’t as easy as I thought it would be. So I kept the shoes and maybe they’ll break in.
Suggest going a half size to a whole size up...they fit a little snug. I usually wear a 7m/8.5w in most sneakers....i have purchased the gel lyte III in other styles and my previous purchase size was 8m and the fit was roomy in the toe box. It did not feel oversized at all and was still comfortable.I purchased this particular model in a 7.5m because the 8m sold out and to me this felt like the perfect fit...but i do have to note that this model has a split tongue. So if you are ok with the split tongue having a slight gap and your socks showing go with a half size up, if you want the split tongue to fully close like i do, go a full size up.
