I ordered the Smoke Grey Gel NYC Asics and they sent me a cream/ blue colored shoe 3 weeks ago... I spoke to about 5 reps that told me it must have been a mistake and that the shoe was in stock. I waited over a week or so for someone to email me about the exchange information and then another few days for the 'correct' shoes to come in. When those shoes came in... IT WAS THE SAME SHOE!! Literally no change. I am infuriated, with how big this company is, this shouldn't be happening.

extremely happy with my new pair of ASICS, colour is exactly as expected, size match, very gentle and comfortable, I used them first for a long hike and felt easy and protective...it is not my first pair of ASICS and not last one..

I am more than pleased with these gel-nyc, the design is sleek & sporty, quality materials. Asics are some of the most compatible footwear you can find for an active lifestyle and reminded of this with every new pair.
Great shoe , premium materials used with a very lightweight feel on foot , extremely comfortable and slightly wide toe box so toes are not pushed together at all. Surprised me alot
Comfortalbe and fashionable. I got one of the last pairs and I’m loving it. They are chunky size wise for big shoe size (12 US) dudes like myself. They fit true to size though, just big in general.
They are comfy and good for the price! ideally, a little fat-looking from the front, but love the side look. Regardless I wear them and love them.
Very comfy and good looking shoes, could realistically be cheaper but I mostly bought them for the looks rather than the comfort, if your going for comfort only I think u can get a more comfortable shoe for cheaper
I’m having the same experience as others on here. I order the smoke grey asics and while the box says it, the shoe is the wrong color!!!!! So disappointing. If it’s happened to multiple people, something should be done to fix it 😔
I never had a problem on ordering shoes from UO, but this one was a BIG mistake. I ordered W8.5/M7, but they sent me W7. I tried to exchange for the right size, i had to call for five days to actually for the exchange. They sent me the W7 AGAIN EVEN THOUGH I ORDERED W8.5. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
