I ordered the Smoke Grey Gel NYC Asics and they sent me a cream/ blue colored shoe 3 weeks ago... I spoke to about 5 reps that told me it must have been a mistake and that the shoe was in stock. I waited over a week or so for someone to email me about the exchange information and then another few days for the 'correct' shoes to come in. When those shoes came in... IT WAS THE SAME SHOE!! Literally no change. I am infuriated, with how big this company is, this shouldn't be happening.

These Asics trainers are absolutely fantastic! This is my first pair, and I’m blown away by how comfortable they are—it’s like walking on clouds. They also have a sleek, stylish design that has earned me tons of compliments. The fit is spot-on, true to size, and I can confidently say I won’t be looking at any other brand for a long time. I’ve never worn Asics before. Loved the look of the gel nyc so I bought them. Honestly, the best show I’ve worn in…who knows. Incredibly comfortable and fits true to size. Bought them for the look but I actually use them for everything now.
I was a Little Bit scared of the colorway would fit me but they Look insane. Even better in feet than on the pictures. And they are super Comfy im not even using them for Running but it would work amazingly I Can Tell. For a lot of compliments for them too.
Im 39 and have just undergone a bunion operation. After rehabilitation i was firmly strict on finding good footwear and stylish, these absolutely tick all boxes.Comfort ✔️Space ✔️Style ✔️Quality ✔️Versatile with clothes ✔️Gym, and every day to day ✔️My feet is still in the recovery process with slight swelling, but im currently wearing my normal foot size which is 10.5 and it feels totally different than if i was wearing Nikes.I wish i had looked into Asics years ago, because i feel my feet would have been looked after better, and maybe less risk of operation.Im currently looking at my next purchase in a different colour.
Love these so much. I have the same style in another colourway I bought back in 2021 and wore them most days (even to raves/festivals) and they're still going strong. Such a high quality shoe that is supportive and durable. Obsessed with this new colour too. 1000/10.
I bought a pair of GEL-NYC, they are amazing. I love the layout of the website. The speed I was able to navigate the website was incredible. It seems like 4 clicks and they were on the way. They are incredibly comfortable and fit true to size and stylish in many ways. I will definitely be purchasing another pair in a different colour way.
I bought the black/charcoal ones for my teenage Son for Christmas, but he needed them for his job, so needs must, and Mum caved and gave him them early.He has Dyspraxia, and a lot of sensory challenges, and needs orthotics in most shoes, so comfort, support and being 'just right' are a must. He is on his feet a lot at work, and hasn't complained once, so we'll definitely be back for more.
I never had a problem on ordering shoes from UO, but this one was a BIG mistake. I ordered W8.5/M7, but they sent me W7. I tried to exchange for the right size, i had to call for five days to actually for the exchange. They sent me the W7 AGAIN EVEN THOUGH I ORDERED W8.5. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
