My daughter wears these to run and suggested I buy them for me. I am so glad she did. I love the way this shoe fits when I walk and exercise. Very comfortable and I am so glad you mentioned to buy 1/2 size larger than normal. I wear a 10 normally and ordered a 10 1/2 as suggested and they fit perfectly. My plantar fasciitis does not bother me when wearing these shoes, thank you for that. This shoe makes me want to walk and exercise more!!

I have always liked ASICS shoes because of their comfort and style. However this time i am disappointed. First time wearing these, and not even 20 minutes on my feet the top caved in (see photo attached). Now the top rubs on my toes making it uncomfortable to walk. It seems ASICS are unfortunately going down the same route as Nike: they use cheaper materials, but charge higher prices. Shame.

Shoes started off as dreams on my feet, but after a few runs my son asked me what was wrong with my shoes? I found his question quite odd, but he pointed out to me that the gel quantum pockets were peeling and literally falling apart. I wish I could send photos of the defects. I have them set aside right now in hopes of returning them for another pair. Without the defect these shoes are soooo comfortable though.

Good shoe overall but I think the previous Gel Quantum 360 shoe models were more comfortable. Something with the foam and insoles feels off and a little too firm whereas the older versions felt like walking on a cloud. I also noticed the tongue on these bunches up a bit and occasionally needs adjusting. I also like to leave my shoes tied and slide my feet in and out. The previous versions do not hold up well doing that. The last pair I had only lasted about 4ish months before the backs started to tear and expose the foam. Hopefully this pair corrected that, but only time will tell. Overall, the parts I don't like aren't enough to make me want to return it, but I may start looking for other brands with my next shoe purchase.

As far as the laces go I've yet to encounter any issues and if I do I'll simply thread in a new set from one of many old pairs of this model. I don't particularly like the heavy lacing protection but it's not a deal breaker. I own multiple pairs of the old metaruns which are classic but aged now as well as another favorite in the gel kinsei 6 and newest iterations of them. I purchased these shoes after a lot of research into athletic shoes that help with ankle stability. Although they seem to be good for that, they are not nearly as comfortable as I expected. I’ve been a fan of ASICS for years and have tried several different types of shoes. The gel venture VII is still my favorite and I will probably go back to it. It’s a shame I can’t get the soles from these shoes put on the gel venture shoes because that, to me, would be perfect
Im a asics lover for more than a decade now. Tried many models and love the OG style , but when it comes to comfort its gotte be the quantums 360. Bought my second models of those because its the best fitting and comfy shoes on the market . When u trie them ,youre hooked. Feels like walking on clouds , the real airwalk. Once you walk on asics you never go back ;)
Extremely nice Asics GEL-QUANTUM 360 VII. Comfortable, perfect fit, well stitched and quality. Maybe, the finest Asics shoe I've ever purchased. I'm totally satisfied as the above shoe is far better than I expected. We would highly recommend the Asics GEL-QUANTUM 360 VII. Thank you very much Asics. We shall surely speak of Asics as the benchmark of all shoes.
In 2019, I purchased Asics Men's Gel Quantum 360 × 1 and LOVED the shoe. I can't find this shoe and thought the 360 VII was similar or a current version. BOY was I WRONG! The shoe wasn't even All Black. The shoe was very Narrow. I Never Wore the purchase but could not return them due to trying to make them ALL BLACK so they are still in the package I received them in!
Its a good looking shoe but triumph of marketing and looks over performance. The shoe looks better than in the picture. Spend your money instead on Gel cumulus, kayano or nimbus. It is comfortable and looks sharp but the others are even more comfortable just for long walks or to wear out as daily trainers even if you don't fancy running. Price too high. The asics returns process is not straightforward and takes you round in circles and I struggled to find a link to return these online.
