I bought this shoe for its styling and color. Though comfortable, it was large for its size compared to other ASICS shoes I have purchased. Most notably the laces are HUGE in length and hang over the shoe even when double knotted. Why they did this bewilders me. It makes the shoe look ridiculous.

This shoe is so very cool in it's design and color scheme. Oh my gosh I was just so taken with this design and a lot of Asic's new designs for their shoes. So congrats on pulling me away from my regular choices. That all being said I was a bit disappointed by the fit and weight. I noticed the weight as soon as I took it out of the box. It's fit I liken to driving a ultra lifted Jeep Rubicon with bigger tires and lift vs the light durable drive of a Subaru outback. I have always liked ASICS shoes because of their comfort and style. However this time i am disappointed. First time wearing these, and not even 20 minutes on my feet the top caved in (see photo attached). Now the top rubs on my toes making it uncomfortable to walk. It seems ASICS are unfortunately going down the same route as Nike: they use cheaper materials, but charge higher prices. Shame.

Purchased the Asics Gel Quantum 360 6 a year ago as they are still like new providing excellent foot stability; comfortable.A medium stiff supportive cushioning. Excellent ankle support accompanied by a very good upper portion, good midsole layer for cushioning, and an excellent outsole providing very good traction. The Gel Quantum 360 VI are comfortable, fit true to size in all aspects adjoined to length and width. I’ve noticed that Asics shoes made in Vietnam are of top quality with attention to detail in all elements comprised of the shoe. We would highly recommend this model. Unfortunately, these ended up being not nearly as comfortable as I hoped, especially for the price.First of all, my shoe size is a 12. These run about half a size too big, and I should have just waited a little bit longer and exchanged them for an 11 1/2.Second, The extra gel doesn't really seem to make any difference. I ended up adding a gel insert to these shoes to make them a little more tolerable, but in the end they just aren't meant for my type of work apparently.It's not all negative though, as they do look quite nice, and the quality of materials used seem to be durable, although time will tell. I bought these to replace my gel quantum 360 4s. They look very similar but just aren't as comfortable. I've been wearing them for a month or so 5 days a week. They are just ok. Styling isn't something I would pick if it was for style, I bought them for work... I work in a warehouse setting and am on my feet alot. They do the job but I'd rather have the 4s instead, just couldn't find them in my size anymore. Probably won't get these again. Thoe box is a bit narrow too and I don't have wide feet. I really wanted to like these more.
This pair is too short and too narrow. This is so disappointing. I love Asics and i love the Quatum 360 but this pair is not sized correctly. I also purchase a half size larger but this particular shoe needs to a whole size larger. Perhaps then my feet wouldn't hurt in them. Very sad.

Asics have always been true to size and comfortable, so I've never worried about on-line purchases. I normally purchase the Kayano, Nimbus, Cumulus or GT-2000 models, but liked the look of the Quantum, so I thought I would give them a try. I've never been more disappointed with a shoe purchase. Although, the sole was comfortable, it was everything around it that I disliked. The tongue was so thin, I could feeling the stitching irritating the top of my foot. The mesh was also very thin, which caused the shoe to feel big and sloppy. I bought this shoe a week ago. Loved the looks of it and felt very comfortable initially. I wore this shoe on a long drive and find that hard stiffener under the collar and above the heel on the back side of shoe rubs against my feet. It was quite uncomfortable only on my right foot bcz it was sitting on an angle at the accelerator.I was not happy from this product with that prie because that stiffner caused more irritation than giving comfort in that particular situation while driving.
Its a good looking shoe but triumph of marketing and looks over performance. The shoe looks better than in the picture. Spend your money instead on Gel cumulus, kayano or nimbus. It is comfortable and looks sharp but the others are even more comfortable just for long walks or to wear out as daily trainers even if you don't fancy running. Price too high. The asics returns process is not straightforward and takes you round in circles and I struggled to find a link to return these online.
