I love these shoes and they are the comfiest walking shoes I have owned. I walked 18 Kms from the day I took them from Oxford St store and not one blister. Amazing comfort and grip is excellent. Quality amazing. BUT the JD team have designed this shoe for their own stock. The grey looks beautiful and I love grey shoes as they don't show dirt (like grey cars!) But there is a huge design fault with these. The grey fabric on top absorbs dust/dirt and it is virtually impossible to get it out even with a dish sponge and soap. The glue around the front plastic topcap is half a centimeter thick, grey, and also goes around the rest of the fabric. This stays the same colour grey. I am wearing ASICS for 20 years and has never disappointed me! Again, quality trainers ! Snug on the feet with plenty of support around your ankles. Easy on my knees, with plenty of cushion, going over bumps is an easy task with these babies, they have already done 50 miles! I personally love this particular colours, I can't stand one dimensional single colour trainers, my preference off course! It's all about personality and these trainers have it indeed! Well done ASICS, you have made another winner!

Terrible! The right shoe does have a hard position which hurt my feet. I think there was a fail in the production process - the left one is perfect and without any problem. I will get in contact to asics. I only wear several asic models since 2013, starting wirh Gel Kumo3 and all pairs were perfect. Hope asics will solve my problem.

Good trail shoe that fits to size. These are on upgrade on a previous Sonoma pair and I can feel the additional support and cushioning. They are not a silver bullet on mud but they are a significant improvement over regular running shoes.
I bought these about 9 months ago and they have served their purpose well. Good grip on mud and loose rocks, but still fairly light. Have enough cushion to keep going for a long while and have done me well. After 250km (155 miles) they started to tear between the upper and the sole along the side. These tears have continued as the shoes have now reached a mileage of 270km (167 miles). I believe that these shoes wont last far beyond 320km (200 miles). The only other slight issue was that the shock protection on the sole is quite poor in my opinion as sharp stones and rocks are felt very easily. The only thing to note is that I do race these shoes in hill or fell running races, so this may be a reason that they haven't quite filled the Asics Expectation. Originally got a pair of these a few years back. They're great for my local Parkrun which is about 80% non-solid ground. Feel very sure footed going through mud and puddles. Just the right amount of cushioning too. So I jumped at the chance of treating myself to another pair for £36!
Fantastic. First pair of trail runners. Wondered why the toe gap was so big. Quickly found out running downhill on trails. Super comfy. Very happy with purchase.
First time with a purpose pair of trail running trainers and have to say very impressed. Sole is very supportive over rocks, mounds, hills etc... Enjoy wearing them mixing up road running with off the path runs. Highly recommend these for both long distance road running and long distance trail running.
I am extremely pleased after investing in Asics GEL-TRABUCO TERRA. Now,I confidently run on poorly maintained and uneven pavements and paths. The toes no longer feel crammed.I need a 0.5 size bigger GEL-TRABUCOâ„¢ as compared to my usual size 7. I had no problem in using the (free) return arrangements of Asics and get the size 7.5 within a week or so.
