I run somewhat supine (on the outside edges of my feet), about 60% hard surface and 40% dirt, about 25/30-miles/wk. The GEL-Venture in its various iterations have been my go-to shoes for many years now. I really like the Gel-Venture 6 series and this is my 2nd pair of this series. I like the color combination of this pair but I really love about Venture 6 series is how stable this shoe is with the right amount of Gel sole. The gel sole is not overly bouncy and the sole has amazing grip which is generally very good for all terrain. One of the best all-round shoes in the market.

I needed a trainer to walk in every day, roads & fields with absorption. These are perfect. They are light & comfortable. No wearing in needed. No blisters or rubbing. My feet feel cool in this hot weather.Not sure how long they’ll last with everyday wear but I’m happy for now. Bought in sale. Great deal & arrived quickly. Happy

I have never owned a pair of shoes that picked up the dirt so easily. If you wear them out in the rain for half an hour they will be filthy. I bought these in the birch-French blue colourway and it wasn’t long before they were absolutely ruined. A shame because the fit was great.
Great looking style for the low price point. I went with the clay grey/cream colourway and the colour is very neutral and pairs well with everything. I'm a half size so sometimes find it difficult to find the right fit but have found these super comfortable. Already considering buying another pair.
Beautiful shoes but something is wrong with the sizing. I've been having like 10 asics tennis shoes over the years, all size UK 7 and 40.5 EU. These ones are size 7 UK but 41.5 EU! And they do feel bigger/longer ...so very confusing! Otherwise beautiful shoe.

My first pair of ASICS, and I am asked to write a review. My first thought was why aren't you asking me to do this in six months time. Notwithstanding, so far - after a few weeks - I'm impressed. I bought ASICS on the recommendation of other runners and at the moment I think I'll be buying them again.Final note: order your actual shoe size - unlike some other trainers, they aren't 'snug' or 'lose' in fit.
I bought my first pair of Asics in 2009 when I was visiting my younger sister in Boston MA. We were due to visit New York for 3 days and I didn't have suitable footwear so on my sisters recommendation I purchased a pair of Gel Asics. They were amazing, so comfortable and well suited for my flat feet condition. I have purchased several pairs since and they never let me down. I recommend them to all my friends who are also converted!
Ordered 38, recieved 39. Not much of a difference other than my feet are usually 37, but I take one size bigger for thicker socks. Thankfully it doesn't look or feel super big, even If I wanted to take my size - it's out of stock. So asos on the part, do better.The shoe itself is great, comfortable and stylish. BUT the suede part is very susptible to dirt which is very annoying because it's off white.But I do like it.
