These are the comfiest shoes I own. They are like walking on clouds and are very supportive yet soft. They look trendy and I love wearing them! I have bought multiple pairs of the GT1000 shoes. Only thing I noticed is that the GT1000 11s are more of a dark navy blue black whereas the 10s were proper black. I’m a whole size up from my normal shoe size as well. (An 8 in Asics but a 7 normally)

Excellent stability and comfort as per usual. I’ve been running in mostly this brand for about 13yrs. This model runs a little snug, I took my usual EU woman’s 41,5 and it fits like a 41, which is doing some damage to my middle toenails. I should’ve gotten a 42, maybe even 42,5 in this model. If you can try these on in person maybe try a half size up.

I have always only worn dress shoes or boots and not a comfortable runner/ sneaker or whatever people call them these days. At 53 these tired old feet have finally said enough is enough.On my search for a comfort, a friend who is a runner and swears by the Kayano range recommended ASICS.I first tried on ASICS. I then proceeded to try on every other brand. The others could not surpass the comfort of ASICS.I’m extremely happy with my purchase and getting them during a sale was a bonus.
The GT-1000 is an extremely comfortable shoe. I have narrow feet and wear orthotics - the shoe takes the orthotics easily and the mesh moulds to my feet - it's like walking on air!I highly recommend these shoes. I have 12 pairs of ASICS, the GT-1000 and GT-2000 are fantastic. While my friends walk around in uncomfortable shoes, I glide around in my ASICS!
I bought these to replace a brand new pair of faulty Brooks running shoes and I’m very happy that they were faulty. I love wearing my new ASICS and was especially pleased they are made in a wide fit to accommodate my slightly wider feet. Having that extra width has made all the difference. I’m normally a size 10 in a dress shoe and my feet length are 28cm long, the 10.5 2E fit perfectly.Thanks ASICS for a great pair of shoes.
My 3rd pair of 1000s. Wear nothing but Asics & never disappointed. Have four other pairs of Asics including new Kayanos & so glad they're as good as my originals after skipping several releases when they werent as great as my first pair, which are still going strong. 70 yrs old today & just won my monthly gym challenge over all the youngies, so maybe its my Asics??
This is my first pair of ASICS; online ordering was very smooth, and shipment was pretty quick. Shoes look beautiful and the overall appearance, material and workmanship are better than I had expected. Can't comment on durability as I have yet to use this pair but having tried it on receipt for comfort, fitment etc, I don't anticipate any problems. Overall, I am quite happy with the purchase.
I have purchased many shoes in this series since the GT-1000 9. I have to say in previous series they only lasted 6-9 months before breaking down and that was with alternating 2 pairs. I’ve only had this pair a couple weeks, so only time will tell. Cute colors that stand out against my boring color mandated scrubs. Runs true to asics width but seems a bit longer than my usual size 8, not a deal breaker though. Considering purchasing a regular color to alternate for work.
Shoes as described. Super impressed with Rebels fast shipping. Realised on Wednesday morning that it was my husbands birthday that Friday. Shoes shipped within 10 minutes of purchasing and arrived to our country town by Friday morning. Birthday saved. Wife not in the dog house. Would absolutely buy from Rebel again with that super speed postage.
