I bought these for my son and within less than a month of wear, the shoes had a spot where the stitching came apart and it had a hole in another place. These are meant to be the most hard-wearing of their tennis shoes, but Asics refused to replace the shoe when the company I bought it from contacted them saying that it was wear and tear. I am not impressed as I thought they made strong shoes and it was an expensive shoe considering it only lasted a month. I am very disappointed, especially considering that they are not honouring their warranty and blaming it on the wearer. Surely a tennis shoe should last more than one month!!!

My son plays tennis for around 10 hours per week and these are the best all court trainers for durability and comfort. I usually buy the same type and just try all the colours.
Excellent for my daughter (9). She’s using them more of less on a daily basis and she’s really satisfied. This is the second Gel8 and there was no doubt about getting the same one more time. We’ve actually already ordered the new pink ones too.
Very comfortable tennis shoes, my son is using them in hard courts and artificial clay, they are light and are giving you stability.
This is a natural progression for my daughter who last had the 8 GS in juniors, but now are impossible to find in a size 6. I was worried the adult version would be too wide for her narrow feet but she’s as happy with them as she was the junior version. Good sturdy long lasting shoe for strenuous play.
They are so comfortable and easy to wear no need to wear them in a while so put your feet in and off you go. They are very versatile and I love that there is less material on them so I am able to wear them on wet grass and not get my feet wet

Comfortable trainer. Always buy from ASICS as you can try the shoes out and still return them within the specified period if your child later finds them uncomfortable even after being worn and tested.
