I have been using GEL-KAYANO series for past 4 years. I upgrade almost every year as the new models bring in more stability and comfort. I had pronation which impacted my running, daily office commute. I had achilles on both foot and cannot forget morning pain but after using GEL-KAYANO my achilles has recovered. I find more pace in my running and stability.

I bought these shoes specifically because I have bunions and flat arches. My podiatrist recommended I wear trainers that had high arches and support around the ankles. I was then very pleased to see that I could search for such things on the Asics website. These shoes are a massive investment for me, the price tag is high for what I am used to paying. However, the investment is for my feet to be cushioned and supported to counteract the development of the bunions and improve the way I place me feet when walking. So I feel this price is very justified, as my walking has improved, I am not in pain and I have also done a few short runs with no adverse effect. Plus my children say thet they are 'drip' which is cool apparently! So wins all round.

The shoe is a legend. Loving the Kayano for many Years. And the Platinum Version is always super nice. Colorwise its not so special, like some previous versions. Looking very much forward to the 30th Platinum
I’ve been using the kayano for my easy runs. I overpronate on my left leg and so far no pain that I experience with other shoes. I don’t notice the weight either. This platinum colourway is great too. Lots of compliments and it’s quite versatile for casual wear. Something that can’t be said of other shoes.
Bought these a month ago and have used these only about 5 or 6 times at most and only for indoor use. The sole at the toe is peeling away and causing a trip hazard so not fit for purpose. A very expensive shoe for such shoddy workmanship.ASICS told me that they were meant for distance running outdoors so would not compensate me. They only offered my 20% off my next purchase. Am baffled that distance running outside would cause less wear and tear than indoor wear. EXTREMELY disappointed by customer service and would not buy from this company again b
These trainers are very stylish, and comfortable, but i haven’t run in them yet, so let’s see how they work when i put them to real test. They are quite light too! The only thing you have to be careful about is sizing up! I even took 1.5 size bigger and even those are fine.
These are hands down the best running trainers I’ve ever had. I purchased for the first time last year before the platinum version came out and then repurchased in this colourway in May and again in November. These shoes are excellent. I’m an injury prone overpronater with wide feet and the 29s do seem to come up a little wider than the previous models which is great. I genuinely don’t think I could ever swap to a different model now for training as the Kayanos are just the perfect stability shoe for long runs. Thank you ASICs for transforming my comfort when running!
I am very happy I purchased these shoes.They fit my size perfectly and they feel very nice on my feet.Walking and Running feels way better and comfortable than before(I used to walk in hiking boots) and these shoes support your every step, especially if you overpronate. Really recommend for everyday walks and running!
Firstly a big THANK YOU to ASICS, your footwear, especially the running trainers have absolutely saved my feet. I get foot pain from time to time when in other types/brands of footwear, but I truly believe that the ASICS trainers are the ones that have sorted this issue out for me. As well as being both comfortable and stylish, these in my opinion, are with out question, the best brand of running trainers/footwear on the market. Well done all at ASICS.
